Dear all, I am so happy! I just received my PER. I am shaking with happiness. Thanks all for this wonderful forum.

My timeline and info for reference:
Application received date October 16, 2014
NOC 4011
DD cashed on December 12, as per PER email, with payment receipt number
PER received December 17, as per PER email.

Things that made me worried:
- contract does not include detailed job duties, just as per government regulations
- the reference letter from my supervisor is not bulleted and job duties did not stand out clearly but blended in other non-essential things
- i only included job letter from my previous job which is under Noc 4011, and nothing for other 2 jobs i did before and doing now. I just mentioned them in Schedule 3

Current update on CC/DD charging & PER
Latest CC Charged: 10 October (NOC 4011 as per SS also got PER)
Latest DD encashed: 16 October (NOC 4011 as per SS also got PER)
Latest PER: 16 October (NOC 4011 as per SS)

Its unbelievable that DD encash has surpassed CC charge. May be some CC charges are yet to update entry in SS.

CIO Sydney is CIC and CPC Ottawa is VO.

VOs (RPC) are part of CIC geographical operations division. In Canada visa sections are not run by Department of foreign affairs and trade. It's CIC all the way.

Sydney functions not only as intake office but also as a processing center for citizenship and PR cards applications.

What is this new column in CIC website, it say's Pending application( Complete application waiting for MI Review acceptance) and for 2171 the number is 161, does it mean that there are still chances for sept 17 applicant???

MI means Ministerial Instructions . I think the MI sends PER after final review of completed application.

No, it got sporadic these days. They are prioritizing NOCs, it seems.

hi
friends my app received on 2 sep and money has been cashed but still waiting for PER
I made some mistakes
1- I forgot to sent the university transcript
2- I forgot to write my wife's previous family name but it has been written in the birth certificate attachment
do you thing that these mistakes will cause app rejection?
and my another question is about police certificate
as I know when a person stay in a country for more that 6 continues months he should send police certificate for that country
but I am working in Iraq and my home is in iran my job is 6days work and 6days off I am working more than 1year in iraq but never stood more than 1month continuously. do I need police certificate?

No, you don't need to do that. Don't explain any thing as it may cause some mis-understanding to CIO. I would recommend to send it as a fresh application.

Should we wait for EE to open to create the job bank account ?
