What kind of contractor does 40 hours a week for 1 year?

A lot of IT companies here in India hire contractors on third party pay-roll for the projects which are likely to last for 3-4 years to avoid any further responsibility of placing the candidate with some other project on termination of the current project. There is no difference between the work hours & responsibilities of the permanent employee and the contractor though.

But in this case, contractor should get the reference for the parent company, i.e. the company which credits the salary rather than the company where contractor is placed.

I had read the instructions before , and i tried to seek PCC for that period of time in china, but no body agreed to issue it to me, i ve been living in china for 14 years and i know exactly how they think,it is realy frustrating.but i think it can be done ultimately from the chinese embassy in my country.god helps me .

Since Oct 7 is the latest CC charge date for my NOC, Can I assume that appln till Oct 31 (atleast) would have been covered for the completeness check and included in 222 (Pending appln awaiting MI review)

Thanks dear, I am considering the below documents: Pls check once:

1. Duties letter on letterhead
2. Contract agreement (there would be 2 i.e one for 20 hrs/week and another for 40 hrs/week)
3. anything else...?

Since this is the Contract so cannot arrange Pay Slips... Let me know what else I can submit for this...! Thanks

you can use tax forms to prove the receipt of salary for your work too, but it's not mandatory
