oops one minor mistake
please reply urgently... i forgot to write my name in native language...in schedule A background.. DO I NEED TO SEND ONE MORE COPY OF THIS FORM....please help

guys
I am sending my application and just to summarize, i Have added all original forms. There is no translated document in my application.
And apart from original WES and IELTS(ME AND SPOUSE, PCC I WILL SEND LATER) I am attaching only copies (simple photostat) of the documents . I mean to say I am not notarizing them.

This is all I can understand from guide. Am I doing right or doing any blunder?
kindly take a min and confirm pls guys.

Dear all, I am so happy! I just received my PER. I am shaking with happiness. Thanks all for this wonderful forum.

My timeline and info for reference:
Application received date October 16, 2014
NOC 4011
DD cashed on December 12, as per PER email, with payment receipt number
PER received December 17, as per PER email.

Things that made me worried:
- contract does not include detailed job duties, just as per government regulations
- the reference letter from my supervisor is not bulleted and job duties did not stand out clearly but blended in other non-essential things
- i only included job letter from my previous job which is under Noc 4011, and nothing for other 2 jobs i did before and doing now. I just mentioned them in Schedule 3

Good luck to everyone! Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

WoW +1 for that.

I am October 22, 2014 applicant. NOC 4011 Mode:DD.

Nervously waiting for my turn.

All the best to everyone waiting to be charged specially to all October applicants.

All the best Sarkar13, +1

I think it is a very minor mistake since many forum members have reported making the same fault, but they still received their PERs.
When did you apply?

Thank you for quick reply.
The point is i did not stayed in china for concecutive time of 6 months or more, i used to leave china every 60 days, so i feel frustrated about this issue as i asked the local police office and they turned me down.they only issue PCC for people who hold residency permit not visa !

I dont know how to fix this problem

I know applicants who stayed in US for 5 months and were still requested to submit PCC. Leving the country and going back to comply with immigration formalities is called 'flag polling' and CIC are no idiots, so you will have to adhere to their request. Once they request the certificate, use that email to apply for CPR PCC from the Chinese Police HQ or the ministry. CIC website would have more information on CPR PCC application process.

If documents (birth certificates, marksheet, reference letters etc) are all in English, then u can send photocopies without notarizing them.

That is fine. Most of them did this mistake and are through. No need to worry about this.
