If my previous company is not willing to issue me the letter of reference, how to satisfy cic in such situation.. can i send cic my appointment letter and resignation acceptance along with my emails in which i ve requested them to issue me the letter..
Would this be effective??

NO Problem !!!!
Attach your appointment letter, Appraisals, salary slips, awards, resignation letter. Along with this get a reference letter from any of your colleague on A4 size paper with his designation, contact details like mobile no and email address. Attach his Visiting/Business card along with that. this will suffice.
Note that all these docs shall be Notarized.

NDVO, App received date 3rd July, PER received on 28th Oct, NOC 2171

It has been 50 days since PER yet no MR/PCC and no second line update..

Dunno till when to wait for MR and PPR...

the latest MR date from NDVO is for 25-June applicant... I hope we July applicants will start getting MRs before end of this month or atleast 2nd line will be updated

Below are the details of those lines which in the below link with respect to your application status

First line is displayed after Data Entry, the step following Cost recovery at CIO. This is when an electronic file is created in GCMS. PER, AOR and file transfer don't trigger a CAS update.

Second line appears when the assigned IPA opens file in GCMS and begins processing it by initiating document verification and criminality check. Upon completion he/she sends MR.

Third line appears when medical results are received and approved by CIC. Then IPA launches security check.

Fourth line appears upon completion of security checks and final determination of admissability and eligibility by IPA. As a result an applicant generally receives PPR

Will PCC from Local police station will work from india? Or have to submit only by online application PSK?

It will work for sure. However, ensure that it is translated in English and duly Notarized.

Once application received by CIO, what to do next or else just wait for DD to be en-cashed.

Now its the time for you to relax until you get PER.. Meantime you can follow this forum, get good knowledge on different stages and processes, help other formuties and by the time you receive PER, you will know all the steps by yourself... you can also try to understand more about Canada meantime

What you seniors think about new way of CAP reports?
it seems that CIC were reporting the sum of both columns before, which is in compliance with the fact that this sum shows applications that completeness check are done for them,
so for a NOC like 2133 in previous updates we will have :
353 (8 Nov)
412(21 Nov)
452(26 Nov)
and 519+258 (17 Dec)
if you analyze you will notice :
59 application in 14 days=4.2 appl per day
40 application in 5 days=8 appl per day
325 application in 21 days=15 appl per day

based on this do you think Oct applications are within this update?!
do you think that this new table shows application who at least got charged? if I am not charged means that I am out of this table?

Today one member quote 1st of October received date. CC charged 8 December
