MR Received

I have certain questions for ppl who have already cross the Medical stage/RPRF fee payment/PCC stage

1- for NDVO, is it possible that I can make the RPRF fee payment through DD. YES

2- If yes, whom should the DD be payable to?CANADIAN HIGH COMMISSION, (PAYABLE AT NEW DELHI)

3- Do you guys have any official link which says that Indian applicants can pay RPRF fee through DD? IT WILL IN THE MAIL ITSELF

4- I have just received one form IMM1017 for medical. So what do I do with this form? fill it up and send it to CHC through courier? are there any other forms apart from IMM1017 required for medical? SUBMIT THIS FORM IN HOSPITAL,NO NEED TO FILL IT THE HOSPITAL STAFF WILL DO IT

5- For sending the PCC and all these docs, that have given the address of a post box..can courier companies deliver to a post box? YES,BUT WITHOUT PO BAX NUMBER

Let me know plzz, out of your experiences..

Cheers
Mambo

Few Aug applicants have reported PER. Please do keep hope and faith.

I hope CIC sticks to its promise. My intention was not to spread rumor and make everyone panic. I don't gain anything from it. Moreover I am in the same boat as everyone. I thought it might serve as a warning for people who might be leaning on this, with no other back up plan. I even read some people quit their current job after they received PER.
My point is, don't be certain about getting into Canada, until you actually cross its borders. I know I made that mistake and made some stupid moves myself.

buddy the intention is same from my side as well.......no hate no insult no disrespect and nothing personal.

ur post actually sparked terror in minds and heart of many people awaiting at initial stages.........so naturally they felt insecure.....and many of my forum members pointed it out by replying to ur post.

may be people have done stupid things during the course of immigration......but again that's the part of learning and getting experience. we have to remain positive even in negative situation.

yesterday my nation buried 144 innocent dead bodies of children aged between 10 to 14........we are still in a state of shock and don't know when we will recover. like us, many people are going through many different negative things at different levels. if they read things like what u said, even though ur intentions were not to hurt someone, but it lasted a negative impact.

anyways I wish all of us best of luck.

Yes you have to submit IMM1017 in hospital for medicals. After the medicals they will issue medical tracking details sheet and cash payment receipt. You have to courier the medical tracking sheet OR cash payment receipt to Visa Office,But it's not necessary.
They won't return your IMM1017 to you.....

they may ask for us fresh pcc due to the time gap from sept to dec period
your old pcc will also be usefull. till you get a new one.

if you would have stayed in usa then sept 14 pcc would be valid till sept 15.
i would suggest that any way try for a new one as you still have 50 days in hand,

Hello Seniors

I was wondering that what does "2nd line or 3rd line updated" means. I read it in lot many posts but couldn't figure out what is 2nd and 3rd lines update in ECAS.

Thanks in advance :)

Below are the details of those lines which in the below link with respect to your application status

https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do?app=ecas

First line is displayed after Data Entry, the step following Cost recovery at CIO. This is when an electronic file is created in GCMS. PER, AOR and file transfer don't trigger a CAS update.

Second line appears when the assigned IPA opens file in GCMS and begins processing it by initiating document verification and criminality check. Upon completion he/she sends MR.

Third line appears when medical results are received and approved by CIC. Then IPA launches security check.

Fourth line appears upon completion of security checks and final determination of admissability and eligibility by IPA. As a result an applicant generally receives PPR
