After seeing your post I strongly feel I am also in same boat as you had been earlier, Congratulation on you're PER mate!!
In my case also I have submitted SSC certificate issued from “Board of Secondary Education” which specify my Date of birth & my father name
I have submitted Original copy of “AFFIDAVIT IN LIEU OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE” on India Stamp paper notarized by local advocate. Under (Deponent Name/Signature) I had haven't signed the letter I sent
NOC 2132, Application received date at CIC is 22nd October.
So will CIC reject the file?
Is there any way I can approach them in middle and notify them? Did you send them the email to CSU in middle of application

Please advise as it will help me a lot
[size=10pt][size=10pt][size=10pt]Or Should i send them atleast scan copy of My Birth certificate which i can get from India Embassy Riyadh-KSA, on Embassy letter head but it will mentioned NAMEXXX birth details entered in Our system as per passport is xxx ie my DOB will it make any more Weightage[/size][/size][/size]
