CIC tried to charge me twice on Saturday at 10.03 & 10.06am, my stupid bank declined it twice - of course I called them before to authorize this transaction... they still declined twice.

Now they assured the transaction will go through... I worry so much if CIC will try again, os my bank will run it...

OMG I can't stand it >:( >:(

They will charge it one more time before sending your application back.

YOU SHOULD HAVE TALKED TO YOUR BANK RIGHT BEFORE THIS. I THINK THEY HAD NOT ACTIVATED INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTONS BEFORE.

Thank You all,

I will keep you posted ... >:(

DIDNT YOU ASK THEM FOR THE REASON FOR DECLINE?
HOW DID YOU KNOW THEY TRIED TWICE?

Mine was declined first time and few people said CIC will try thrice. I strongly feel they will retry.. Why don't you call them or email? I know email route is not that great but no harm trying.

dear all ,

for whom experienced a duplicate TRF from British council, how long does it take to issue a duplicate?

regards.

You can get 2 original TRFs if you mention that you're applying to CIC when booking the exam or call them before collecting the results. If you didn't do that then it may take some effort to convince them to issue 2nd TRF but if they do agree then it'd be pretty much within a week if you go and collect it from their exam center.

Dear seniors!!
Please help .............. Please help .............. Please help .............. Please help .............. Please help

I am an Indian National by birth, unfortunately I do not have my birth certificate with me, so alternately I have submitted Original copy of “AFFIDAVIT IN LIEU OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE
The last page of my affidavit is mentioned as below
“I make this solemn declaration by virtue of the Statutory Declarations Act 1995 as amended and subject
to the penalties provided by that Act for the making of false statements in statutory declarations to be
true in every particular”

(Deponent Name/Signature)
xxx

Now the Problem is that I have not signed the Affidavit myself, so will CIC reject the file?
Is there any way I can approach them in middle and notify them?
Lastly Along with my unsigned affidavit I also sent SSC [Secondary school certificate]/PAN CARD & Driving licence will any of this documents act as substitutes.

Please advise, please

The proofs submitted by you are fine. However the affidavit needs to be signed by you. An unsigned doc is of no use. If possible quickly send an addendum for affidavit duly signed again so that CIC may attach it to your existing docs.

Amused to see who gave me -2. I have neither given any expert advice beyond my limited knowledge and never got entangled with any one on this forum. Anyways, just chill, pluses will keep coming.

Dear All,

I am very much concerned!!!!!!!!! Our application reached CIC in first week of August and NOC was 2132!!!! They are processing September now............ Where is MY APPLICATION!!!! How can i contact CIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :o :o :o :o :o :o Plz reply quickly.

Call CIC call center immediately and connect to FSW section for status. Refer my earlier posts regarding how to approach CIC agents.

Hi,

Can you please let me know the answer of following queries.

1- After the online payment of RPRF fees, on the generated receipt Payer's Name is auto populated; which in my case, is my spouse name (While Prime Applicant is me). So my query is for other details, which I need to enter in the same receipt (like Client ID/ Address) should be mine?

2- Can we do the registry or Speed Post from Indian Post Office to Delhi Immigration office?

Thanks in Advance!!!
