Dear experts,
I am filling 'Additional Family Information IMM5406' form for both my wife and me(Principal Apl.), But i have some doubts:

1. How to write names in Both Languages, English and native language. Should i fill one form in English on computer and same form again in native language by hand after taking print out of blank form?

2. Only names are required to fill in native language or other criteria also like address, place of birth etc.

3. For empty boxes, Should i write NA ? like in Children column, only first row of table is required as i have only one child.

1) PRINT THE FORM AND THEN WRITE WITH PEN.

2) YES ONLY NATIVE NAME.

3) YES WRITE N/A.

while I was waiting I started gathering my spouse's app as a backup and all my spouse's docs are
ready . I haven't heard from my visa office.

my query is is there any harm in sending a second app . I have seen many waiting for their MR

Due to background checks

Since all the docs are ready do I need to float another app

please let me know

will cic be annoyed .

At what stage if I need to withdraw if my second app gets thru

Dear Whynot, but as far as I know you can easily order a duplicate report from WES! Try their web-site. There is an option like that. You pay and they send you a duplicate report. I've done it myself. The report was delivered very-very soon (in about 7-10 days or even less).

UPD: one second later than I had posted this, I saw that it was not WES you ordered your ECA report from. See now...

There are a couple of reasons for rejection after getting charged, but yes, he is almost in.

[yes you can include a copy of the ECA report according to them, these depends on the reason why your file was sent back and if you NOW feel you meet the requirement. Write a cover letter explaining your situation and why you couldn't include the original copy...do not also forget to include a print out of the letter that was received by you from cic stating the reason file was sent back.

in between, all ECA reports comes in 2 original copies (eg WES), you should have a 2nd one....]

Am august 22nd application still no PER. CC was charged on 20th NOV and ECAS says In process, we recieved your application on August 22nd.

what are my chances ? same time Suspecting if they have misspelt my email, is there a way i can check that.

THERE IS NO HARM IN SENDING ANOTHER APP. MOREOVER ITS UPTO YOU, IF BOTH YOUR APPS GETS CHARGED THEN YOU WILL HAVE TO CONTINUE WHITH ONLY ONE OF THEM.

Dude, u need to wait for a week, , if u r lucky u will get it this week itself. Recently I have seen Aug-28 applicant getting PER. HIs CC was charged on 19-Nov. So u need to wait a little bit, u will get it.

U may check ECAS status online, it will be active 2-3 days before u get PER. Until u see ECAS (we received ur application on xx-xx-xxxx) do not expect PER within 2-3 days...
