dear all
is it possible to get our PR visa stamped from usa or canada as our current visa office is NDVO and right now we are in USA and it is really tough for us to go to india to get visa stamped
please advice

Eventually when PPR mail arrives the mail will provide you information of submitting the passport to CPC-O in the case of indians residing in the americas. You can refer to the posts of priyank1381 who recently fot PPR from NDVO and who has shared the contents of the mail.

Sorry but no.

Does the charging of CC verifies that the job description mentioned in the reference letters is OK?
No. It means they have done the completeness check of your documents.

What does it imply if any applicant gets his second line updated. Does it mean the background check is all done and MR is coming?

U gotta be kidding me!!!

As per SS, Laksya007, a 25th Sep 2171 applicanat,Visa Office # CPC Ottawa, got his CC charged on 12th December!!

Congratulations to Laksya007 buddy..

Rest of 2171 Sep applicants, What's going on here???

I thought 2nd Sep application is the last one to be under the cap...

Also a 17th Sep applicant got a reply from CIO that his application has been returned on 26th Nov because cap has already been reached...

Which one of these two events are true?? Or is this possible that both are true????

ashif_eee,Ksa0510,Optimist3 can u guys please check on NOC 2171...Do u think Sep applicants are still in the game.??

Probably not - It means a visa officer has started processing your file, but not necessarily completed. Generally, the MR follows shortly after the second line update.

I got PPR on 12th December and I paid the RPRF online. No issues here, so you can go with online payment itself.

Hey Shriram,

I have a question.. if you can share from which Email-id u got PPR? Is is CIO or Delhi Immigration?

Regards,,

Thanks Bro. finger cross

OK. So the whole file has been returned.

August 5 applicant. NOC 5125. CC charged Nov 15th. My Ecas was in process from Nov 26th - this is the day when most Aug5th got their PERs. Suddenly Dec 11th, my ECAS disappeared. (Yes. it does happen!)

I am grateful that I received by package back quickly (as I am in Canada) and that I will be able to re-apply before the end of this year. They will be refunding my credit card. I am grateful for that too! CIC did not accept 1 year of my 10 years of translation experience as I am an independent translator. I have been accepted to sit for ATIO entrance exam after applying to FSW - which requires 4 years of full-time experience of the recent 5years, 100,000words a year. So I will try and provide this information. Then maybe they will accept it. I don't think I have time to prepare anything else.

Just sharing the news for those waiting for PER, if you are waiting beyond the normal timeline; submit a new application. Good luck to everyone. I certainly need it.

We are also in Canada and asking process to transfer file to Ottawa VO If you come across process please share with me also Thanks in advance

ALKASAMIR and LORDHELP

Question number one- Are you sure where is your file, Have you got any confirmation ?
in my case I was in CANADA while I applied and I thought that my file was transferred to OTTAWA
but when I sent a CSE to OTTAWA as well as NEW DELHI- I was surprised to know that my file
was already transferred to NDVO.
Please check by sending CSE to both OTTAWA and NDVO (I got reply in Six days from NDVO and nine days from Ottawa)
and once you are sure where your file actually is, decide your next step.

No Amit it will not work.
You need to apply PCC from either Police Commissioners office or Passport Seva Kendra .
Also pcc from her birth country for your wife is needed.

I am not sure but for particularly some state it's Superintendent of Police office
