I have received no mail regarding PER

I have my client I'd and status shows In process

On clicking in process it's just show we received ur app on 25th june


Now please solve this mystery...what is my status......

In Process is good news, but You are long overdue for PER

Any chance to be within the CAP ?

Yes as Completeness Checks is around Mid October, also cap has just been updated and it remains same 624. YOU ARE 99.99% SAFE MATE

Don't worry my friend, its all good. This year CIC is not following any particular pattern, but I think there is a chance that things are moving as par NOC category. Hot NOCs are taking time longer than softer ones. As long as ur ECAS looks fine, don't worry. Btw, "we received your App on 25 th June " means PER is on its way. Add CIC email to safe list to avoid junk. Best wishes.

When can new applicant send application for fswp? I mean if is there any holiday in cic? Can my couzin send application to Cic in last days of december? What if his application reach on christmas day?

Anytime, even if the courier company can't deliver on a holiday, they have rules to retry every 24 hours. But 25th and 26th are holidays so better to send ASAP to reach by 24th to be on the safe side.

pls suggest how can I find out whether the DD has been encashed ... Bank of India has been of no use or good plllllllllllllllllllllllllssssssssssssssssssssss

Even if they are cooperative you may not know the exact status as they get updated late only after Nostro debit to their account. Even then, keep checking with the bank though.
Also you might just get PER before getting to know your DD clearance status.

I got a friend who intend to apply under FSW 2014 ... Each and every document is ready ... even the ECA report is with him now, experience letter etc ... everything is with him noww... But the only problem is that he is attempting ielts shortly in a day ... it's result report will be out on 25th ... So is it fine if he dispatch his packet by 25th of december 2014 itself ? ... Please advice ... He is really tensed now ...

Will be touch and go. But worth a try !!!

Ask him to send docs by UPS. Docs need to reach by 31st Dec

PPR will be sent in the order in which PER was sent? Or there is no pattern in the way that PPR is sent? It is just random and case by case basis?

No pattern mate, depends on the visa officer and NOC. So if you find you are later than similar applicants, don't worry. Best wishes.

On question (12a) should I write 1212 - Supervisors, finance and insurance office workers

And on (12b) 1212-Bank Clerks Supervisors

Or I should use 1212-Bank Clerks Supervisors on question 12a and 12b?

Canadian holiday calendar shows 25 and 26 probably, check on net. Best wishes, looks like your case will be photo finish , try your best to send soonest possible. Best wishes.
