In case you re-applied in late July, it's way too late to send addendum.

what's the difference between PER and AOR??

can somebody share what PER and AOR say?

PER means Positive Evaluation Review Which you get after completeness check and Credit or Debit Card Charge
AOR means Acknowledge of Receive which you don't get from every visa office. For example NDVO Dont send AOR.
