Are they anyone with me who havent got PER yet for 22nd August, I know its too early to press the panic button, just wanted to check if there is anyone along with me.

CC charged On 20th Oct.

same date same NOC same wait... hang-on mate..

The refusal seems to be happen at VO stage.

Not necessarily. Before your PER is out, there is a check done by a Officer at CIC. There are cases in the past where even after CC/ DD charge there were NER. Most of the cases it says you could not reach the 67 Mark.

Note: One guy actually appealed as he was not given points for his relative being in Canada. Post the appeal he got his PER.

Actually what does that office will contact you concerning this decision means?

NER and PER email both comes from CIC ....

I applied under MECHANICAL ENGINEER( 2132) category and my file submission date was 25th Aug 2014. I have not received any update as of now.
Is there anyone who applied under the same category in August and in the same situation?

Just got confirmation from my Bank that my DD has ben encashed on 20th November. Does this mean that I will surely receive a PER??
