are u with CC or DD, can you let me know is October files open for review or until today its only sep files are under process.
Further to this the current cap of 624 includes upto which month is it for aug or sep ?

I have a few questions with respect to the deadline for FSW applications:
1) I read that the deadline is December 31, 2014 – does this mean once my application reaches the office before this date it will be considered? Or does this mean that only applications that have been opened for processing before this date will be considered?
2) Also, do they send you confirmation once they RECEIVE your application?

1) if the application is received on or before 31st dec 2014 that will be considered ,NO matter when they open it
2) No conformation is send by them if you fall in cap of 1000 with all documents complete you will receive a PER directly from them and online you can check your status .. we received your application on ****

It means your application has passed the completeness check test and in queue for CC/DD CHARGE b4 Eligibility Review.

Just keep hoping in God, everything will work out fine.

U got medical done on Oct/10 and got 3rd line updated now... Seriously. Was there any issue with medicals or hospital just mailed them snail mail which took 1 month to reach them.[/size][/size][/size][/size][/size][/size][/size]

1) Only applications that reach CIC on or before 31 December 2014 will be considered regardless it is opened or not.
2) The first confirmation you will receive is your PER

So all of the guys who are anxiously waiting for their medicals CHEER UP NVDO HAS STARTED SENDING THEM OUTYOU WILL RECIEVE THEM VERY SOON HOPEFULLY BEFORE THE END OF THE WEEK

See, your degree is not considered passed till the time you have either provisional degree or passed degree, irrespective whether you have 3 out of 4 marksheets or 2. In the said form IMM0008, the column has asked you to fill " WHAT IS YOUR HIGHEST LEVEL OF COMPLETED EDUCATION?". Please check again your form.

Although, you are just left with your dissertation part only, but STILL YOUR M.TECH WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED COMPLETED. Therefore, you should tick Bachelor's degree.

Anybody knows any update about NOC 2171?What is the last charged date?I am the 5th-Sept applicant....

Last charge was on 2nd Sep. So your in the border line. There is a strong believe that first week of September applicants will make it to the cap.

Lets wait and see.
