Thanks for your valuable and prompt reply..
One thing more that i want to ask is:
I am pursuing Master of Technology (2012-2014) and i have ECA for only Bachelor of Technology as i dont want to apply on Master degree basis. Because it is not completed yet (Thesis pending).

What to fill in box 'Highest level of Education' ('Bachelor's degree' or 'post graduate no degree') ?
Should i write in current occupation box 'Student' ?
Also, What should i write in intended occupation box ? ( 'NOC code' for which i am applying OR my previous designation before i started master degree)

Hi seniors. my DD encashed 2nd Dec. Still not received PER..............may i need tobe worried

Friends,

I had applied for UK PCC, it got processed and dispatched on 28th of Nov. Yet, I have not received that parcel.

Wrote mail to APCO and they said its a non-tracking parcel and I have to wait. I am biting my nails as I am not able to track that parcel. They sent through ordinary RoyalMail.

I had been to nearest India Post office, no luck, even they said, I got to wait.

I know this query is not related to APP, but please suggest me what I should do. Should I send APCO, another application to provide me PCC and will they provide me one more?

you probably missed my case :D
my app was rejected AFTER they charged my CC... and then i got an email, where they explained why it was rejected (not enough supporting explanation that i've performed duties described in my NOC), and that they will keep ALL OF THE documents AND THEY MONEY, as the processing fee. hope this helps!

Seriously??? :o :o :o :o :o :o :o .... shocked to hear they are capable of doing that (keeping money & Docs)

I see you applied again Nov 14th, was the earlier rejection for the same NOC??

I've applied under the same noc and am worried about this mismatch, were you able to identify the exact reasons for rejection in the JD described compared to what you provided?

Guys don't panic. ;D
You should mention preview of your duties in form corresponding to your job activity in years.

HI strangersr,

I have submitted roles and i have taken reference for present company from my colleague, i have submitted his ID card copies and his 3 months payslips as proof that we are working in same organization. here is my case

1st company- 3 years ( Submitted on company letter head)
2nd company- 7 months( Self declaration, anyway case officer won`t calculate exp less than one year)
3rd company - 11 months ( taken reference from colleague with his Id card and 3 months payslips as reference, this also less than one year)
4th company- 11 months ( taken reference from colleague with his Id card and 3 months payslips as reference, this also less than one year)
5 th company -1.3 months (presently working on , taken reference from colleague with his Id card and 3 months payslips as reference).

As per my consultant only 4.3 years will be considered as my work experience. Am i on the right track. lastly i have submitted all the documents like offer letter, releaving letter, payslips and form 16 for all companies expect for the first company. As i have submitted roles on the company letter head.

yes, i applied for the same NOC. i firmly believe that my case was just a result of a sleep deprived reviewing officer, but only later on I've learned that one could appeal ... however, i asked my previous employers to elaborate more on my duties, and turned in everything same with "longer" ref letters.

No one knows what is going to happen in future so we should not say like that... Just going to tell one story... I was in US couple of years ago and my immediate manager (from Chennai) was saying that he was born little late.. If he would have born little earlier then he would have come to US earlier means during 90's and would have got GC and Citizenship of America... I said that if you are repenting for that then why don't you repent directly that I should have born American...

This waiting is really killing us but we cant do much about it...

My daily route from home to office is through NDVO.. Yes.. You got it right.. I daily see Canadian High Commission board in the morning on the way via Shantipath.. and hope that today they will be working on PPR but.... In the evening every alternate day my wife use to ask when are we going to Canada.. When I got MR then I said that hopefully by end of this year.. But now I use to say don't know but inshallah we will go for sure.... If not then also wherever we will be will live happily.. We just have to try our best and leave rest on Almighty Allah...
I really like the bold words.. +1 for this attitude..

Al the exp will be counted except the Self Declared one..

sorry, i wasn't planning on turning on a panic alert! :D
it IS extremely dumb to base one's decision based only on that, but as i said in my previous comments, in my case, that seems as only "logical" reason.
