Hello friends,

Do I(dependent) need to provide my salary slips and appointment letters?

The problem is my appointment letter and salary slip's logos are different(due to logo change) !

Providing these documents would be beneficial to us ?

Urgent HELP REQUIRED
I am applying for PR of Canada under category 1 of FSWP and I have received my ECA reports as well as IELTS test results. However, I need help to fill the application form correctly as the details about some of the questions is not clear to me in the Guide. I request you to kindly shed some light on the below mentioned doubts.

1) Does National Identity document include Driving license or PAN card ? - No. India does not have a concept of NID so far. Passport, Driving license, PAN, VOter ID are not NIDs.

2) Is partial hearing disability shall be considered as serious physical disorder for the question 6-k of schedule A "Background/Declation"? - Sorry, I am not sure about this one.

3) As I am single with no dependents, should i write " Not Applicable" wherever details regarding my dependents or spouse have been asked? - Yes

4) Does photo of each member of my family as per point no 19 of document checklist implies the photographs of my parents and siblings? - No, only spouse and children would be considered as your family. So in your case, you only need to send your photographs.

5) What is authorization number in fee payment form for the credit card mode of payment? - It is to be filled by CIC official, please leave it blank.

6) As per the standard procedure for Police clearance certificate a letter from Immigiration department is required. Where should i approach for this letter? - Take a printout of Document Checklist, highlight the PCC point. It would suffice. Or else you can obtain PCC from Passport Seva Kendra. Also, PCC is not a mandatory doc while submitting your application. If not submitted now, it would be requested at a later stage.

I am citizen and resident of India if that brings some clarity for the response.

Salary slips, appointment letters are supporting docs and it is not mandatory to attach the same if your have reference letter on company's letterhead.

now days all CC/DD are getting enchased in just around 75 days is my understanding true? Requesting to confirm on DD also....
If in case, god forbidden – any applicants is about to get his file return, he probably will get his rejection email is around 45-50 days is my understanding true?

Dear Forum Friends,

Whom do i connect with if the 3 line in ECAS is not updated after 15 days after uploading of medicals online in ECAS

Medicals done in Mumbai on November 22 -2014 and Hospital authorities say they have already uploaded the medical results online on November 25-2014...
Hospital authorities say they have to upload the results within 2 days of conducting the test and they have done that...

Hospital authorities further say In case if CIC has any issues they will directly connect with me to redo the medicals.
I have not got an request either from CIC nor any third line update in ECAS

I have submitted the Right to land fees, medical invoice, PCC and passport pages photocopy to NDVO on November 28-2014 and the courier reached NDVO on 3-Dec-2014 ....

Eagerly waiting for the update in ECAS

Yogibear I am also lil worried now coz I completed medicals in October end and no 3 rd line on e-CAS yet. Can't understand what to do!! I asked senior here several time but no response from them only one senior said to send cse and email!! But as my one friend has got no reply from ndvo of his email sent 10 days back so cse doesn't help. Only GCMS notes can tell what is goin!!

I also applied for FBI PCC on 16th Oct. but haven't heard anything so far........when can we expect our CC to charge?

Based on the timeline seen for the other forum-mate, it seems it would take nearly 3 weeks for CC to be charged.
my application just got received on Dec 8, expecting it to be charged by the end of this month!

Document checklist specifically mentions photo requirements of each member of the family whether accompanying or not..so I am confused whether I have provide photo of my parents and siblings .

Once again I request seniors to answer the second question.

Should I write NEw delhi for the Immigration office requested for processing?

Would be very kind if somebody from delhi who has filed the application can give me his/her contact details.
