DO I need to send the CIO letter along with the NEW APPLICATION DOCUMENTS that I had received from them when they sent back the application ?

Hi, I am new to this forum. I want to update that I have received PER on 8th Dec 2014 and entry has been created in SS too

Though I have sent correct address, in my PER mail and ECAS status, there is mistake in Address (country name) so it needs to be corrected. I have to inform this to VO or CIC and how can I contact them? Waiting for your kind suggestion.

A minor issue. The VO employees know the correct country names.

I am an Australian citizen and I would recommend the country to anyone, I came from Venezuela. Why am I moving to Canada? I am still young and Canada is closer to my family. However, I am very proud of being an Australian citizen and will gladly come back if things do not work out in Canada.

What about the dates? Any idea why in the letter they say it is valid until the 11/05/2014, and a few paragraphs below it says it is ready for 1 year after medicals? (should be 11/2014)

There is no time provided till what duration PCC would be valid but the certificate must be issued no more than three months before you apply. Yes, you are very much right. You start process of collecting PCC once you get the PER mail.

I really doubt that october applicants are being charged at such a fast pace.

Seniors I need your urgent advice. I have been writing about my query for the last 2 days, but I'm unable to get appropriate response.

1. My application is submitted as non accompanying spouse.

2. My wife is pregnant and expecting in Mar-2015 (I have been informed by forumites that I don't need to inform LVO now, and as MR is received, doctor will inform the visa office and my case will be put on hold till complete medical is received)

Now important questions:

1.I need to change the status of my wife as accompanying. Should I inform visa office about the change in status as accompanying spouse now or later with MR?

2. What should I write to visa office? What are the chances that visa office will accept the request to change the status as accompanying

Hey guys, a few quick questions.

I have already sent the medicals, however, the status in my application is now "Decision made" and I received an email requesting a copy of every page in my passport (not the original) and a form. I was expecting to my passport to be requested, not just a copy, what does this mean?

They have advised that the COPR will be valid until the 11/05, but the VISA will let me do my initial entry up until 1 year after the medical. What is the difference? Is the VISA and COPR the same?

It is recommended to send the letter with your new application. It will be useful for CIO to understand your case easily.
