Same case exactly. Application Received date - 25th August and CC charged 11th Nov but no PER yet.

BTW I am also Bhatia ;D. Hope nothing going against Bhatia's ;D ;D

Appointment is not mandatory. Walkin anytime between 9 and 11 in the morning with relevant docs. Cross check on the timings by calling psk call center.

I was also thinking the same as another alternative incase PSK option does not work out for me. For some reason, I am getting suggestion to apply at PSK if possible, so I am going to apply there.

I hope it will go smooth as my passport is issued from Ahmedabad and I am going to apply for PCC in Blore.

I am 17th Sep applicants,NOC 0111 . CC is not charged so far. However,I see in SS, CC has been charged for 3rd Oct. applicant. Should I keep my hope alive??
Also, May I get information from Bank whether CIC has tried to charge my CC.

You can contact the ielts test centre for the details which would be either British Council or IDP. There is one form http://www.britishcouncil.in/sites/britishcouncil.in2/files/additional_trf_1.pdf which you need to send to BC or IDP. Alternatively, this form was provided along with your original TRF as well. If you are from India and your exam was by British Council then you can contact at Toll Free No – 18001024353

Couple of month back I have applied for NOC-2173 (through one Indian Consultancy).
My App filed on 6-Oct-2014 after that very soon CAP closed.
Now I thought to apply for 2172 I have all the Docs but my Consultancy people are charging extra money for that
so I thought to apply on my own.
I request all of them. To whom I need to send my Documents means (Canada Immigration Address) ?
I don't know where I need to send the Documents to Canada.

You already got the address by a forum member, same is also available in CIC website.

For sending application at your own is infact quite easy. First, you should have the copy of your earlier application and just copy everything from there except the lawyer/representative part where it will be N/A. Also you need to mention your focus NOC which would be different in this application. If you ask your consultant for the copy for your own record, consultant should not have problem.

For IELTS and WES/CES, reports/results MUST be original, no photocopy whomsoever attest will not be accepted. Only if you are sure, with a UCI number that your application is with CIC, you can send copy and mention it to CIC that the original is with them. But it's very risky, if they can't relate, will send your this application back as incomplete.
