My credit card has insufficient fund at that time they attempted to charge on it. But I immediately sorted it out with my bank. Do you think they will return all my documents without charging for the second time? Two weeks have passed already

Brother, If it's been two weeks since they attempted first time then you should not wait further. Just call them and try to get your application status and proceed accordingly. I would suggest you not to waste any more time and send your complete package again.

Never heard of a case when the card was dry. It was 'international transaction declined' or that sort of errors.

I have a query
I am going to apply FSW.. I am going to add adaptability factor because my uncle who is real brother of my mother is a canadian citizen... To proof this I don't have any birth certificate of both ... Because at time in my country government don't issue birth certificates ... But I have copies of their SSC school certificate which show their mutual father ... Can I show these certificates as a proof of adaptability?

i am also in same situation like urs . i just had a copy of Canadian landing document of my aunt which bears her father name .but i have taken the risk to send my file . application received 23 sep , points 67 . still waiting for cc charge. i have sent a cover letter also. now lets c what happens.

Oh my consultant has misleaded me big time with a lot of things .. I am planning to send the form again with a cover letter attached .. I m a october applicant but still will try and send it in express post hopefully it works . Or gods grace they accept it for now and later ask for travel details for spouse . Fingers cross . You welcome bro, unfortunately I don't see any consultant who didn't mislead. I hired a consultant who made me so late in so called document checking, I missed the cap. Later by grace of almighty I did send another application independently for another NOC which got charged.

Thank u so much. Well my consultant took 2 months to type these forms .. And she did a mistake with that too its really annoying cause its matter of someones life .. And cant get back this wasted time back .. You are lucky you got charged .. Wish u luck for the rest of your application too .. I wish i get a golden second chance ..

Send it along with all the stuff they ask to submit against MR. Altogether, I mean.

Congrats for your PER. During Medical request, NDVO will ask for copy of bio page of your passport, in that time you send both copy and explain about mrp made recently in cover letter....

To earn point on adaptability,you must meet these 3 requirements
1.Proof of status of your relative in Canada
2.Proof of relationship
3.Proof of residency
If these 3 requirements are not met,you will be awarded 0 on adaptability.
