The mega thunder mail received in my inbox at 8:44PM IST, nothing but PER folks. It just dashed into my mail box with roaring noise which i can't notice until i open the inbox.
My app details:
NOC: 2132.
App rcvd: 15th August.
CC charge: 17 November.

Thanks a lot for this family fellow fora mites who keep this forum always full of positive energy. Wish you all the best for the ones who are waiting on CC/DD charge and PER. I wish god will do all these miracles for all of us who has belief in god, themselves and their positive attitude.

I received msg from my bank about cc charged .

NOC 2132

I think now i have to wait for PER , which may come before Christmas

few points about my application :
1. For BC i sent 10th class certificate after notarizing it. My document had both mother and father's name
2. For POF , i sent provident fund statement and FD


i have total 71 points:
Education 22 ( masters in mechanical engineering)
Experience 15 ( 6 years)
Age 12
Ielts : 22 points
total: 71

i think , now just wait for golden mail...

Finally, I have received much awaited PER mail from CIO ;D ;D :-* :-*

File Received : 14th August,
NOC : 0112
DD Encashed : 17th Nov as per PER mail
DD encashed 20th Nov as per bank

I had almost lost hope when I found out that I had not mentioned my name in the Fee Payment Form. I hadn't sent any new Fee Payment Form as an addendum to my already-submitted application.

I would like to highlight few pointers of my application to all those forumites who are anxiously awaiting positive reply from CIO:

1. Didn't mention my name in Fee Payment Form and no addendum sent (payment mode was DD)
2. Didn't submit job reference letter from one of my previous employers as employer has declined to provide the same. Had submitted self-declared affidavit along with supporting docs (appt letter, pay stubs, and experience letter).
3. Birth certificate was not provided as there were no records. Submitted Non Availability of Birth Certificate (NAC) issued by Births and Deaths Registrar's office along with my 10th certificate and an affidavit.

Would like to thanks all members who provide much needed support and guidance to naive forumites like me. At the same time, I pray that each one of us should get PER, MR, and PPR requests at the earliest.

I think they are getting trained on the Express Entry system this week.

I don't expect things to go faster tomorrow. I hope next week is better...

For my application, I only submitted the reference letters with Name Cards. Is it the root cause? Now, I'm trying to get the HR certification from my previous and current companies.

Get whatever you can that proves your employment

1- offer letters
2- Payment Slips
3- Bank statement that shows transaction of transferring your salary to your account
Any document that helps prove you did work for the companies you mentioned will be good

guys I need advice,

just got my app returned.. NOC 2281 -- 5th Sept
I tried to attach a copy of the letter here .. but am unable to...
it basically says that I haven't provided sufficient evidence of one years work experience...

I had 1 yr 4 mths expereince in a back office, 2 yes 11 mths experience in banking, 2 yrs 8 months experience in IT previously
and am currently freelancing
I showed with copies of letters from my organizations for the previous jobs, but since the orgzn didn't provide me with a list of duties done, I took a letter from the ex- MD of the company and sent that along...
along with copies of payslips, appointment letters, relieving letters, etc

I can't figure out what else they wanted...what else should I have sent?

Should I resend my application or will it be too late now??

Or should I try sending under another NOC?

I am 20th Aug applicant (NOC-2173), I was under an impression that I have got some chances as couple weeks ago, I saw someone from 23rd Aug got charged for 2173. But today, I realized, I am out of the game because as "idefix" has mentioned someone from 17th Aug got his app returned because of the cap-out.

It's really heart breaking for me as I have waited so long for this, anyways before I get buried out, I wanted to ask my last question, how many people has got their app returned before 20th Aug (NOC: 2173) ?
