sad to inform you that my application came back today. I had applied under 0113 and it says that I have not supplied documentation showing the experience whereas I am convinced that my role profile and the letter from 3 MNC enclosed showcase that well and thats the job that I am actually doing so seems like someone really junior has seen the application and formed a view.

It is sad as I was expecting the application to get through this year as the last year it was returned as the cap was full.

Dont know what to do now - through can send it again but my ILTS expires on 8th December and today being 5th and weekend in between -I dont stand a chance. Guess will have to see EE as and when it opens else leave Canada as a destination.

I was really impressed with the forum and all the best to everyone here - may god bless !!

When did your file reached the CIO? How long it took it to get back to you?

Also, per the spreadsheet you are from NOC 0013. What's your real NOC?

My NOC in spreadsheet is correct. it is 0013. The letter is dated 21st November 2014.

No mail received - just the application was sent back alongwith a cover letter explaining the reason for rejection

I am a bit curious in your signature it lists two NOC codes.

Did u send two separate applications under these numbers or the one application filed under both codes.

No just one application with NOC Code 0013. I had typed it wrongly in the earlier post. I think my current experience is on 0013 but the earlier years experience may have been in some other NOC code and hence the rejection'
