Question 1 :: My 5 month old baby do not have National ID Card. Do i need to submit it ?

Question 2 :: My baby is yet to speak as she is 5month Old , so what will be her Native language , I am referring to Generic Application form's language Detail Point.

Please help.

You're right. If they need proof of my legally admission they have all copies, proof that I was here legally for 1 year - they have it. Yes I choose Ottawa.

Yes, I qualify under Obama Immigration reform, so soon I will become on some kind of visa we will see how this will come true.

Hi All,

I'm happy to report that we got the email from CPC-O requesting for Medical/PCC/RPRF for my wife's application.

I have a question though, As we already have another application under my name where my wife is dependent and for the same application we already send the Medical/RPRF and waiting to get the FBI report for last 3+ months. So the real question if I have move forward with the second application should I be taking another medical test and also paying the RPRF fee for this second application.

Also the good news is for my application as reported earlier in this forum they asked some clarification on proof of funds, but with my wife's application they didn't ask any such details just the Medical/PCC/RPPF.

I have a question,
If the application fails the initial review are you emailed or you have to wait until the package returns via snail mail?

They don't usually email the applicant in case of failing in the early stages of the review (Completness check & Eligibility check of the applicant in the chosen NOC). They just send the package back with a cover letter explaining why the application was returned! Anyway, if one sends an enquiry to CIO, they will normally respond within 40-50 days. We have witnessed some unlucky applicants on this forum being able to know about their rejection before receiving the returned applications at hands.

I have gotten a speeding ticket in California 8 years back. I had to attend court for that. Should I mention about the same in the forms?

Also, when do the check for this? Before MR or after MR?

sad to inform you that my application came back today. I had applied under 0113 and it says that I have not supplied documentation showing the experience whereas I am convinced that my role profile and the letter from 3 MNC enclosed showcase that well and thats the job that I am actually doing so seems like someone really junior has seen the application and formed a view.

It is sad as I was expecting the application to get through this year as the last year it was returned as the cap was full.

Dont know what to do now - through can send it again but my ILTS expires on 8th December and today being 5th and weekend in between -I dont stand a chance. Guess will have to see EE as and when it opens else leave Canada as a destination.

I was really impressed with the forum and all the best to everyone here - may god bless !!

NDVO has started working ...Smiley


they have requested for my passport photocopies (only front and back Bio pages) for all - Do I need to send them when I send RPRF receipt????
There is no PCC requested as I submitted with original application.

Note that after court speeding ticket was taken off from driving record. I took traffic school.
