Someone had posted in the forum that no one this year has got his application returned after being charged but I just noticed 14 people got their application rejected after they were charged.. >:(
Thought they check the application completely before charging.. ???
Apparently before charging they only check if forms are filled properly and all the required documents r attached. After charging they check if applicant actually achieves the 67 points criteria or not.
Although i find it very confusing, if they started checking documents completed or not, they cud spend a little more time n calculate the points as well!

@ Jugs02

It could be refusal but the following are to be pondered
1. Decision made in 2 days time seems difficult while not impossible.

2. It could be clerical error, in tune with above (1) or

3. Something was damn serious, they did not even consider proceeding further with (of which you are the only one to judge)

3. If you are sure your case is meticulous, then the above (1) and (2) are most likely true.

4. And in any case, my suggestion is you should take charge personally and get in communication with them, decide and act fast
at whatever recourse possible.

Good Luck

My fellow brothers & sisters on the immigration ship,

Please help.

Hello to all,

Please forgive my long post. I hope you will humour me & read it in it's entirety and I would be extremely grateful for some help.

Background:
I had applied for NOC 2171 and my application reached on 1st Oct but seeing now that the NOC has been capped, I wish to send two more applications for the following NOCs latest by Friday, next week:
(a.) 2281 - Supervisor, Computer Operations; and
(b.) 2172 - Supervisor, Database Management – Computer Systems

I had initially applied with the help of an immigration consultant which cost me CAD 1250. I now want to send these applications on my own.

Help Needed:

1.) Latest Application Forms - I had last applied with the following forms and not sure if they have been updated/ changed:
01. Generic Application Form to Canada (IMM 0008)
02a. Schedule A_Background Declaration (IMM 5669) - For myself & my wife
02b. Schedule A_Background Declaration (IMM 5669) Annexure
03. Supplementary Information_Your Travels (IMM 5562)
04. Schedule 3 Economic Classes_Federal Skilled Workers (IMM 0008 - Schedule 3)
05. Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) - For myself and my wife
06. Fee Payment Form_Application for Permanent Residence (IMM 5620) - I heard that this form has changed?
07. Reference Letter - Current job duties signed by my current supervisor as HR has refused to provide
08. Self Certified Statement (work experience) - With previous supervisor name & contact numbers

2.) I have overall experience of 13 years 3 months and have worked in 5 different companies. The immigration consultant told me that it is enough if I show past 10 years experience so I had mentioned only 4 companies experience. Is this ok?

3.) My current companies job responsibilities fits both NOC 2171 & 2281. As I had mentioned the NOC as 2171 in my previous application and I'm now applying for NOC 2281, will that be a problem?

4.) My job responsibilities The 2nd company that I worked fits NOC 2172. As it is not my current company, do I need to take a letter from my previous supervisor stating the responsibilities? I left this job in Dec 2010 but I am still in touch with my supervisor and I'm sure he will oblige if I am request him for a letter. But is it required?

5.) I had included my original IELTS form & WES report alongwith my previous application which has still not reached me back. Will it suffice if I include a cover letter explaining why I am not attaching them again? Or will I need to request/ order duplicate IELTS & WES reports?

regards,
Kashif.

Anyone who can share the PPR email format ?

my friend .. Please refer to Goku's post on Page number : 9742

How realistic the current complete processing times are for NDVO and CPC-Ottawa?

According to the CIC websites 22 & 25 months! Do these numbers make sense as I checked the spreadsheets and people getting their result much faster! I don't understand why CIC makes the processing looks so horrible and lengthy on their website.

Hi All,

I am september 8th applicant. Just called up credit card company and understood that CIC tried charging twice and declined twice because of international credit limit. Made the changes for international limit.

Will CIC try for the 3rd time. I am totally worried now.

They will .. my friend

I don't think it can be true. Probably by mistake or false information by choice!

Thanks for clarifying Maverick..So they also check if your job responsibilities match or not with your NOC post charging..?
