..i am dancing in joy
some points to be considered
1.i had exactly 67 points
2.i have subimitted affidavit in place of birth certificate and nothing else with cover letter.
3.in economic form question no 12 i just write NOC code (i forget to write the designation and occupation)

I got my PER 16 November waiting for MR
My wife is expecting, her due date 22nd June, 2015
Now what is the best time to inform CPC-Ottowa...?
Also, spouse passport will be expire March 2015 needs to update....when and how should I update....?

I will explains whats gonna happen in your case:

You will receive MR for both of you.
You will go for Medical test and inform doctor that as your wife is pregnant. So she wont be able to do X-ray for herself and will be left undone. Physician will inform CIC, you dont have to worry about it.
After birth of child, email CIC about changes in your family asking them what documents need to be submitted to add you child to your application & also inform them about updates of Passport details (send them soft copy along with email), and wait for your child medical, and then complete your wife's and your child's Medical.
If child is Canadian Born then email CIC about changes in your family,& also inform them about updates of Passport details (send them soft copy along with email), then complete your wife's incomplete Medical.
