Finally I received an update from my bank that my DD was encashed on the 20th November
My details are:
NOC : 2171
App received date : 30-aug-14
DD encashed on 20-Nov-14

Now the wait for the PER begins....... Fingers crossed!!!!!!

My brother june 20 applicant got MR about 10 days ago. I m june 3 applicant and still waiting................. but my details through uci says " we received ur application on 3 september " i dnt know if it is causing delay .

I don't know but looks like they present DD only if the file is eligible for PER. I could be wrong.

hmmm...may be they send the file for further processing as the DD encashment is very certain as compared to CC charging which may be declined at time...since DD is a sure shot method of money transfer they might not bother about receiving the payment...fingers crossed...18th sept.applicant...should be through the completeness check already... :

May congratulations!! It is great news for lot of us here. I have few questions, can you please help us with these?

1. 30th Aug is Sunday, can you please reconfirm if the app was delivered on 30th?
2. I can't find you in SS, can you please let me know if you have enrolled or with a different name?
3. Which bank is your DD and how long back did you inquire with them and when did they come back to you?
4. Do you have a UCI no.? Were you able to check your status online?
