I am logging in after many months now. Can sm1 tell me what applications are being processed. Our application reached CIC on 12th August, What month applications are being processed. My NOC was 2132
Havent received any email as yet

Finally I am planning to land in Canada on Feb 2015 as I got a job there. Thanks for all your(each and everyone) help and support.
I may need more information in the coming few days/weeks/months but for now any suggetion on the reasonable/cheapest health insurance I can take for the first 3 months?.

Waiting for PER...

Seniors, kindly advise, i have mentioned type A dependent in generic application as i have a son 2 year old,
As i understand it should be type 1 dependent instead of type A dependent...

What shall i do now as i have already submitted the application in august and cc also charged? Shall i ignore this mistake as this is very minor mistake or shall i send an updated generic form or the CIC will correct it by themselves as type 1..

Hi Seniors ,

I am June applicant waiting for MR , i was having some cough from almost 20 days , did'nt think of it as a big deal , but since i was waiting for MR and was checking the forum with people getting TB, that got me worried. Hence i went for Xray just to check and found out i have Bronchitis , ( Branchovascular markings are prominent ).

Doc suggests an antibiotic treatment for next 7 - 10 days , can any one please suggest what to do now and whether Bronchitis is big enough for me to actually worry and whether NDVO will consider this similar to TB and delay my processing

FYI - i have not got MR yet , and am expecting it within next 10 days ( PER - 8th oct ) 11 June app (

Hi Guys,

I need urgent help for my FSW application, I know I am late but better later than never. I am going to apply under NOC 2172 this weekend and need some clarification on below points :-
1. In form IMM0008_3E (Schedule 3) question 12 a and 12b, should I mention "Occupation" as NOC 2172 Title i.e. something like Database Administrator or else I should put my title in the company I work for?
2. Furthermore in question 12 B, I have all my experience as DBA with more or less similar roles and responsibilities but in different companies. I should mention consolidated experience i.e something like NOC 2172 - 2008-07 to PRESENT(2014-12) or I should divide this on per company basis? If I split per company then it would look like, NOC 2172 - 2008-07 to 2010-07, NOC 2172 - 2010-07 to 2012-01, NOC 2172 - 2012-01 to 2014-08, NOC 2172 - 2014-08 to PRESENT?
3. My birth certificate is billingual (in both english/hindi), should I get it translated or it is not required?

Normally How long it takes for NDVO to update the second line in ECAS after they have received the file.
Is it fair to assume, that someone who has got their medical on 1st November, may have got their files transferred to the local VO one week before or something.

By that standard, any guess which date the CIO would have been working as far as transferring the files is concerned.

Avg time for Processing from the date of PER for NDVO is 46. not sure how CIO transfers the files
