I have seen lots & lots of applicants question about how to make an enquiry or should they inquire or where should they inquire? Month ago i have shared my experience about making an enquiry. Where i mentioned that i emailed using the both enquiry address of CIC. One is the CSE site & another is the centralized-intake-office @ cic.gc.ca I got reply from both of them. My application reached on July 14 and i sent an enquiry about my application status on July 18. Yes just after 4 days. Again on August 17 i emailed. This time i used the CSE. On October 1st i received a mail from CIO that they don't have any record of my application. And by this time all of you know that when CIC doesn't put your application for completeness check they will say that they don't have any record of your application. Anyway they asked to provide courier name and to give scan copy of the courier receipt. I did accordingly. But again i used CSE as well as CIO mail. On October 15th i received a mail from CIO, YES CIO(within 14 days) that they have received my application and it's in processing and they will contact with me. In the meantime On November 6th i received PER. And as usual i forgot about the enquiry that i did through CSE. And last few days i didn't check my mail. Today when i checked my mail i saw that i got a reply from CSE email. And they informed me that my file has already been transferred to SGVO ;D ;D

SO, what do we learn from here? Applicant's there is no reason to be afraid off making an enquiry early. And you can both use the CIO mail address as well as CSE site. You will definitely receive an answer. And you can inquire anything regarding your application. So stop worrying. Send an inquiry as early as possible. After reading my info if you don't or can't understand they i donno what to say. My info is very very crystal clear about making an enquiry using CSE & CIO address.

Brother sorry to see that your application has been returned. Now about your query. Brother didn't you provide any experience certificate? For your reference please check the document checklist(SERIAL NO. 12). Everything is mentioned there clearly. Now about ECA. I believe you have done ECA and the you have received ECA report. Now with the ECA report you have to provide copy of your university certificate and transcript.

I hope you can understand now.

You mean to say the form was updated just 2 days ago?? Man, am i worrying for no reason at all???

Vishal that was a reply to Cherryka who said he used the form on Oct 26th when it was updated on CIC website on Oct 24th. Not aware how old the form was when you sent the application.

If that has to be the case then you made my day sent package on November 17 and recently came to know that Schedule 3 was changed on this very November. +1 Canol.

I think Its the generic application form that has been updated and not schedule 3. Pls correct me if am wrong

Yes I used to sign some sort of voucher while accepting the payout but not sure if they'll provide me the photocopies or not. So, I've prepared the vouchers myself and hope to get it signed & stamped from them. Any ideas about how many vouchers I should get signed ? I worked there for about 3 years.

Get vouchers signed for 36 months. In your reference letter make sure your employer write the mode o payment (Cash). 20141101/AN(Intials of your name)/6304(Emp ID)/001

Dear all, File the application before Jan 2015, express entry is not an easier and it is clearly depending Canadian employers and of course CIC requirements. That means one more additional requirement to the criteria. If they start express entry on Jan 2015, would shut down the current FSW program surely. There is no sense to open two fsw program simultaneously; one is complicated than the previous. canadavisa.com news updation declared regarding the ending date of the FSW 2014 program earlier. check the news links.

Would people please stop freaking out about Express Entry?

Nobody knows for sure how will it work. Don't trust canadavisa.com as certain information either.

Why wouldn't they run both FSW and EE at the same time? They need immigrants and they don't know if EE is going to work well from the start.. so it would be a smart thing for them to do to keep the immigration flow.

Finally, if they add Employment as a requirement... it's going to be very hard to get in and they will stop the immigration flow. It wouldn't make sense!

last year, some cases refused for it. reason might b,,, too rush n less quota[300], so there might b more 'butcher like ' dealing by caseworkers..

this time they r in 'rush' to finish fswp so might ignore such MINOR goofies..
also no refusal heard this time on this ground.

i m also affected by it.. lets hope good BUT its good to send addendum

CanOl, thank you for the prompt reply. There were changes in the checklist regarding the arranged employment. Which is not my case. However, I have heard of the last year rejections due to the outdated schedule 3 form. Do you think it is different from an outdated checklist? Do you know whether there was any major change in schedule 3 last year?
