After DD encashed did you receive PER...4 days back i sent mail to my bank (wall street foreign exchange) but there have no any response from their side till date..i am very confused about my file is accepted or rejected by CIC.

Not yet...currently they are sending PER to july ends applicants.. so it will take some time.. do you have DD copy which you send... check in that draft local bank name of ur country from where wall street made ur dd is mentioned ... n try ti contact that bank (any branch) directly..every day they get NOSTRO account outstanding email... if in that email ur DD is outstanding thab CIC has not yet encashed or if not then CIC has encashed ur DD n wait for PER

dear,

if ur category is still in same limit to apply,
u can retry by adding missing duties as manager coz ur HR is supportive.

plz refer to officialNOC 2011 'DUTIES'. match them with ur described ones.


secondly, did they mention this as reason. reply plz

sad to receive my returned apps cic receivd may 14 under noc 1212 last thurs. reason is my duties is on financial manager. though it is only a part which happens annually n quarterly fs and itr preparation.but my daily task is more on accounts payable supervisor.
seniors pls advise what to do. my boss ang hr h ead is very supportive of my application.

what are my possibilities to have the PER? with the pace CIO are moving, do you think anything could happen before Christmas? do you think 0112 will be capped?

If ur application has no issues u will receive per.. but dont expect it on Christmas. .. u ll hear from cic by march 2015 based on their current pace.

noc 1212 to be sent to cio by nov. 26 and hopefully received by cic on dec 1. what is my chance of getting in the cap? 113 apps as per completd apps today. i am worried what is the chance.
