An important question; job description in Noc list should match our description mentioned in the forms .....or......job description should match the content written in our employer documentation..


As there is less space in forms and not every duty be accommodated .

Job description in the NOC should match your job duties mentioned in the experience letter from your employer. Self-described duties are not accepted. Also, the forms should have the same duties as in the experience letter.

Is there any Case in FSW13 or FSW14, where applicant got rejection after receiving PER email ?

Yes there are. Applicant jignesh is one of them. he applied again and this time he again got PER. But now it is ok.

I have received my PER a month ago and waiting for my MR...... in between, my wife's passport has been reissued in lieu of damaged passport.....
Now what to do?

How can i communicate NDVO about the new passport of my spouse?

should i do it right now or wait for MR ?

I got appointment for PCC from PSK Gurgaon and got it there and then for my wife and Self on 20th Nov.
I am 12 June applicant (PER on 8th Oct, VO - NDVO) but haven't received the next mail for MR, and other documents , fees etc . I can see people who have their dates as 18th, 19th June have started receiving it .. Don't know what is the reason here ..
Anybody can suggest something ..

Everyone whose application has not been DD'ed or CC'ed, please note that if it is not DD'ed or CC'ed before 31st Dec, 2014, you might be dumped into the Express Entry pool of applications starting on 1st Jan 2015 or at least you will be offered either of the two options 1)return you back your application without charging you OR 2)-Transfer your application to Express Entry pool of applications.

Read below wordings of Minister of Immigration Alexander on CBC:-

please don't quote from 3rd party sites. And nowhere is it mentioned that entries will be pushed to express entry.

No, that is not going to happen. The quote you mentioned nowhere hints at the interpretation you came up with. People have to separately apply for express entry if they want to be considered under express entry. Old applications will not be "dumped" or transferred over to express entry as a default.

You are right that it does not compulsoritly mean what I have mentioned but it’s just my opinion about the ambigious statement by Minister of Immigration Mr.Alexander. Let’s wait and watch that what’s up from CIC in coming days in this regard. Because words of Mr.Alexander contains a hidden message for FSWP existing applicants. Hope that my interpretation will prove false and Mr.Alexander wouldn’t have such a hidden agenda against current FSWP 2014 applicants.

Ohhh dear....that's a great mistake. But did you send any addendum for it. If you did then did you write it to CIC? Both through CSE and enquiry mail address. And did ypu receive anything from CIO??

[yes Raisa , I sent addendum as additional doc after 13days of submission of the first one but still haven't write to CIC through email. What's CSE.?/color]

Sorry to hear about your application. Regarding job description the Employer document. ie. reference letter should contain job duties . Also use anexxure for job description in forms as the space is not enough to list the duties.

At many psk's walk ins are allowed. You just need to book online and not fix any appointment. Just carry the print with you.

Its correct. I did the same and I got the PCC on the same day. Even I was worried initially as the appointment date was really too far away.
Just tell the guard that, it is for PCC and not for passport, he/she will definitely allow you.

Received my PER... on 22nd Nov, payment-> DD 14Nov...Applciation date->28th July for NOC 2132.
