11 july...............today got app back

in the cic letter its says your application do not meet requirements under regulation 10 of IRPA (which means the app needs to be complete in all respect)


in the next page they have highlighted one point which is wrong NOC..... i am a nurse 3012 but i applied in other nurse category 3233....so they have pointed that/......so is the reason my app is back....

i have filled the forms again already with the corrected NOC................also recieved al the supplement docs back...

Hello Everyone :

Just out of curiosity, do we get any physical notification from CIC for our file? If yes, when is that sent out ?

I know in instance of when the email id is missing on forms then the PER notification is sent thru physical mail. Does anyone know of any other instance? Your reply will be appreciated.

1. u get 22 for 16 years paki education. mba, bs engg get 22.
while MS/Mphil gets 23.
i have friends who got 23 for Mphil.
myself got 22 for masters. they gave equivalence to 'canadian bachelors'.

2. WES has to deal with whole world. they use their own judgement.
in my case, HEC entered wrong degree title of mine despite i got attestation 3-4 times at different intervals.
WES emailed me to get it rectified.
and said to send a 'form'[like intermediate verification from BISE] having my data printed by default, to be sent SEALED from my institute/university.

when they still malingered on, i was hard on them and repeatedly sent mails of 'what stops them now..'

i got report after 15 days.

LESSON.. WES guys r not computers..they r humans..
keep pushing them on ur STAND..

Yeah you are right but my institution is recognized , because both the degrees are from same university I was calculating my points based on education (masters) 23 , how much would be for a 4 years bachelors ?

I feel u r still in the game... late july with dd mode are getting prs. Although banks gave them negative response on dd encashments. So wait n pray.

Yes he should still be in the game, mine was 7th July and i got per on the 18th November. So keep you your fingers crossed.

This is no issue, it was their mistake, so all you have to do is to send an email to your VO to rectify it, it is better corrected now than reflecting on your PR. I had this same experience on my middle name when I got my student visa but it was easily rectified.

Dear Canol, Diplomatru and any other senior,

I am in a very strange situation and in real need for your honest help.

Today, I received PER email and discovered that my last name has a spelling mistake. I thought it is a typing mistake and the name will be correct in their records. So I tried using the correct last name to login ECAS but it did not work, then I tried the mistaken one and suddenly, it worked.

What do you guys suggest me to do?

U need to analyse ur priorities and benefits of each. Such as cost & quality of the degree, uncertainties with each, ur future plans etc etc. Remember, a graduation of MIT/Harvard/Stanford is equally accepted all over the Globe but a 2nd tier uni grad is only accepted in country of the uni.

If i were u, i will proceed with my masters in Germany (based on my knowledge that cost of masters in Germany is low),
meanwhile i will apply in Reputed Canadian universities. Study for one semester in Germany, and once my immigration is finalized, get my credits transferred to Canadian university and pay "local" fee.

My action plan is based on following
1. Cost of education in Germany is low,
2. I have got admission in top university in Germany, which is know all over the world.
3. Its not necessary that i will be able to get admission immediately into equally good or better uni in Canada
4. Its easy to get my credits transferred to Canadian Uni
5. My current job is not very high paying
6. Pursuing the admission in German Uni will not impact my Settlement funds
7. Applying now to Canadian uni will push my study plans by at least 1 yr, while my family situation is such that i shud complete my education asap.
8. While studying in Germany, i will be able to make good contact with German industry/companies, which have presence in Canada

I need some advice. I applied under FSW 2014 and I have been called for an interview at NDVO on 4th December 2014. In the letter I received, I was asked to bring forms that do not exist. Please see exact text from letter and advice exactly where can I find these forms.

"You are requested to bring the following documents: completed immigration forms (IMM8) with schedules 1 and 4 and the additional family information form (IMM5406) for yourself."

As far as I know, there is no schedule 4, but there is schedule 3. Do you think the Delhi office made a typo in my letter?

Also schedule 1, does that man schedule A(background declaration) form?

my company that I am working does not have any website address. will it create a problem? do I have to provide anything else apart from reference letter, appointment letter and pay stubs of one year? as I have lost my appointment letter my company is providing me a new one and they are asking whether they include duties and responsibilities in the appointment letter apart from job reference letter. the one they provided me years back didnt have any duties and responsibilities included in there. There were just basic pay and all the other allowances. pls help friends..
