i have to resend my file, becoz in my previous file there was some clerical mistakes and there are chances of its rejection. My first file reached at CIO a week back. Now i am planning to resend it next week. Can i resend it before my first file gets rejected or without UCI ?

you should send your file as soon as possible, a week or two is safe... also make sure you send a covering letter mentioning the exact reason for resending your file and also asking them to ignore the first one..

Can anyone tell that what is the meaning of "Becoming Economically Established"? Whether immigration officers mean that you don't have enough money? Or they mean that you will not be able to find a job? What does this exactly mean?

Yes that means that you don't have enough money..
can you please tell what proof of funds have you provided and how much.. also can you provide you time line as i could not find you in spreadsheet..!!

Got the mail from Delhi Immigration to attend the CIIP Program.

Does anybody idea about this program and what is meant for this?

Its a positive sign. this is a body tht helps immigrants with pre-departure orientation. its like a bridge program where there are a lot of alumuni from previous batches and thier success stories..

I have a question regarding the medicals. I have talked to physician; and he said that in blood work he is only testing for HIV and Syphillis.

Are they also testing for diabetes?

That is why m worried about my application.. people who have send their application even on 3rd June are also getting medical request.. where as my application was received on 29th may 2014 by cic..
how would I know whether my file has been transferred to visa office or not?? please guide..

This is not interview call. This is a free orientation services offered by the Canadian Immigrant Integration Program (CIIP).

The purpose of the CIIP orientation session is to help you understand how to use labour market information and how to get your credentials/qualifications assessed and recognized. You will also learn how to access local resources through Canadian partners who can help in your job search and in the settlement process. Immigrants to Canada who have participated in these sessions have described them as very important to their early labour market success.

Dear all,

I wanted an advice. I am a 12 th may applicant. Got per on 19 august...2nd line update on 3rd november. Since 90 days are over and i havnt received my MR. Is it advisable to send an inquiry letter to NDVO? Or shall i keep cool nd wait?

I am confused because of my second line of update.. They have mentioned that they have started working on my case.. Do i still approach them.. I am nervous
