Hey CanOI, that's really an interesting info. Where did you find it?

In the Canada Gazette on CIC website. Everyone is aware about this.
Now we need to see if any new instruction cuts short the FSW14 program. If not, the program continues till April 30th 2015.

Dear seniors, please suggest. I received medical request last week.I came to know today that manager, who has issued me job responsibilities, is going to leave company in few working days. Should I inform this to local visa office.

Your background check is already done. No need to inform CIC / VO about manager wherabouts.

1) Will they still do Verification process or its over?
2) Interview chances are still there?
3) CIC Asked for FBI clearance certiciate to provide in 45 days but for me it will take 70 days? So what do i need to do now?

Please help asap.

All app received in CIC ofice till 31st Dec will definitely be processed. Actually as per existing instructions, they should process all apps received till 30th April 2015 but there is ambiguity and future instructions may override existing. U r certainly safe till 31st Dec 2014.

Wanted to give the group an update that I finally heard back from Cic for a query I sent on oct1st. I was told that my application has been returned on nov 14 as the cap for noc 1112 has been reached. Thank you for all your support!!

In either case, an applicant need not inform CIC / VO about the whereabouts of his manager who has signed the ref letter.
