Dear All,

Kindly be informed that i have 2 applications 1st one 2173 on 21st July 2014, payment DD..and second one 2171.on 25th July 2014 payment CC...i tried uci it said my app received by 25th which means second app so does that mean my 1st is rejected.

Please advise

CAP increase from 200 to 1000 could be one of the reason of this increase(Considering that we must be at least 5 times more active to match them).

so we have now officially already (at 9190) crossed the double figure of pages of what fsw2013 pages are......congrats fsw2014......we are now double the active and ambitious then our 2013 mates are

1. this should not be a problem.... your uncle's bank statement is not a document of proof of your relationship rather it is a document for proof his residence in canada as PR or citizen etc
2. You can get a canadian affidavit from him sworn by your uncle in front of an oath commissioner in canada. the affidavit should include a declaration from your uncle that you are his real nephew (send him in word format by writing your complete name, father name, ID document # or passport #). Ask your uncle to send that affidavit to you via courier and send that affidavit in original with your application. This has been proven to be a very successful way to show relationship in canada though it is not mentioned anywhere as a requirement.

Thank you for responding back along with your valuable advices.

1) So this means that for PROOF OF RESIDENCE, bank statement is enough !!! ( I guess , no any other document will be needed for proof of residence )

2) For the PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP, I already did this ... What you told me .. but it is slightly different, let me tell you ... Couple of days back , My uncle was in pak, so I asked him to make a declaration letter which stated that , I m his biological nephew and my father is his biological brother plus , He was returning back to canada therefore, he also mentioned in the declaration letter that , he will be traveling back to canada within couple of days and his canadian contact number was stated as well ... and it was notarized as well ... Is this okay ????

Dear All, I am applying for FSWP 2014 under category of Human Resource (0112). I will submit my application in february 2015. Will my application be accepted or not . Also I need to know about Express Entry, will my application be affected by it or not ?

officially the FSW 2014 program is supposed to close by 31 dec 2014 but there are rumors of it getting extended till april 30th 2015 which I suppose is not true as yet. try to send the application by 20th dec ... complete your documents as soon as possible and if you couldnt make it in fsw 2014, you can apply in express entry 2015. there are not much details about application procedures of EE 2015 but it has been confirmed that EE will be based on Pool system in which your application will be treated as an Expression of interest and will be put in a pool of applications visible to Canadian employers, provinces and territory governments etc who can pick you up if they find your profile matching their requirement.

Sorry I was not active for some illness previously but now I am going to send IMM5476 to cancel my representative from my case.

Can you share if anybody has done that in past?

I am sending this for to NDVO.

My 2nd query is that how to update my email ID as my consultant recievd my PER email from CIC ON 22 OCTOBER.

In forms IMM5476 only cancellation is given but no option for updating address and email ID etc ( my contact details)
