it has been a while...
I was waiting for MR however, it seems the delay was for a reason, I have emailed LVO and I have got this reply (( this now makes it even longer process

this is the reply

Your application has been reviewed and it has been determined that an interview is required.

Your file is now in a queue awaiting interview scheduling and you will be informed of date, once this has been scheduled. The interview will take place in Abu Dhabi.

Each application is unique and it is not possible to compare one application with another with respect to case processing.

For FSW13 , many many early bird London applicants rcvd interview request....

So dont worry much....All of them were successful....

Just be prepared abt ur employment duties that u have mentioned on ur package...

I have got my JD letters from my immediate supervisor. which includes.

1 year apprenticeship (After Education Completion) Contract of Apprenticeship as full time included with JD.
3 year 11 month as Analyst with JD.

All experience matches exactly as on NOC.

Now my question 1. will they count apprenticeship in work experience as on CIC web site i came to know apprenticeship before education completion is counted as training education.



Moreover ... My Analyst letter is dated in October .. While currently i am present employee .. if i give detail in Economic class form in date section as

03-MM-YYYYY to PRESENT ??? (In nov exp completes as analyst 04 year)

Question 2. Excluding Apprenticeship ... will this help to achieve 04 year experience while letter shows 3 year 11 month.

I can attach recent computer generated salary slip of Nov .. ?



will that count with 4 year exp as Analyst

or complete 5 year as per NOC..

CIC has informed WES that they cannot verify your ECA report. This is due to the incorrect application choice as the WES FSWP customized application was not selected.

In order for Citizenship and Immigration Canada to process your immigration application, they will need to verify your ECA report using WES's online service. To allow CIC access to your ECA report, you will need to order a duplicate report at https://www.wes.org/ca/apply/xcopycic.asp?

Interestingly, I was not in TO list of the email (i was in bcc). So i'm really confused what does it mean now?

App received date - 18-Jul
NOC - 2172
On status shows - "In process"

Please help me out why i'm seeing this email?

Follow the instructions, order duplicate copy. I don't think it will effect outcome of your application, but surely it will delay the process.

1. Depends on the Local VO and the case officer...

2. Usually 30-45 days

3. U will need to contact with ur VO for time extension if required....

It is effecting your application and it will effect your application and will probably result in rejection provide if you dont take action RIGHT NOW!! Please do as suggested in the email.

No matter how many times you post this query, you will get only one opinion and that is to follow what is in the email. Please select the right WES Package and your PER will land in your mail box soon.

Immediately apply for the mentioned duplicate report.....Ans send them to CIC...

And this will not affect ur app...Dont worry...

I have seen several cases whom have not been affected...

Have u chose WES course by course evaluation?.....Usually this is why they request for such thing....Also u may contact with WES.....
