Hello Friends,

I applied under NOC 2173 , app reached cIC on 1st August. no CC charge yet and no update from CIC. I called them and they said file is still in Sydney CIC. is there any chance for me to be charged. I have already mailed them on 31st Oct asking for status.

If you already sent your App you still have chance to get PER as CAP of NOC 1111 is not reached the maximum limit, you may know the status of your application at the end of Dec or after..، from Jan 2015 the new sys Express Entry will be effective, you have the chance to apply online and get invitation to apply to FWS program regardless of CAP (actually No CAP in the new sys). I have applied under this program of federal skilled worker in june 2014. My application status is "in process". I got email regarding my file status . I think that it is in visa office now "delhi".
How much time will it take to get PR now??

Its all good you can attach the copy as it is
no need to get it translated or anything (i got my file accepted with same issue and they never raised any issue) moreover NIC is not a compulsory document so don't waste time and send ur app ASAP

• I have submitted reference letters in plain paper from colleagues + Business Cards.
• 10th certificate + Self affidavit instead of Birth Certificate
• Also added Degree Mark sheets on September 30th to the application which is confirmed by CIC

SS Updated.

+1 to Ashif Bhai, Neel, Kollins, Century, Oscar, Canol, Pipis Husband & all seniors who helped me and given confidence to do the process by myself instead of hiring a consultant.

Hello friends, I am new to this forum and need your help. Please help me in below query.

I have total 3.5 years of experience details are given below with eligible NOC.

1. As a Database analysis 1.5 year - NOC 2172 Year(2011-2013)
2. As a Software Engineer 2 Years - NOC 2173 Year(2013-2014)

Now As we all knows 2173 is capped so I would like to apply for 2172. But when I got reference letter for 2172 that company had changed its logo, name and website address which is mentioned in my all previous job experience documents.

Below are my questions.

You may ask your company to include a cover letter stating that it was formerly known XXXXXX...or in your reference letter, if possible you can asked them to include the "OLD" name below the "New" Name of your company i.e.. (formerly ABC Technical Services Corp). Same situation here but my company had included the "OLD" name just right below the new name with open-close parentheses.. That would be best if you can ask your company to do that.

1) You are eligible as the minimum exp. required is 1 year, paid employment.

it means u r in cap and final eligibility check of 67 points is in process. once it is through u may get per mail. some tie this mail takes 3 to 4 weeks also, some of seniors it was delayed a lot...... this is only info I have ,,,,,,
