pl help.

I am confused abt PCC (Gujarat).

How should I apply for PCC for me and spouse.

Somebody is saying to apply through local town police station which will be issued within week.

Some one told that first get PCC from town police station and then apply to PSK.

How should I apply ...pl help me to understand. ??? ??? :-\ :-\

Apply through PSK.. PSk can issue a PCC on same days if they have any recent verification in their records say one Year maximum.. otherwise the PSK guys will tell you that it will take time as they have to get verification through the Police Station.. but I think you should apply through the PSk..

Dear friend as per my understanding, your all package including every single document must stand valid till the day they carry out completeness check. So I am having an extreme doubt for your case.

Standard should always fixed. If both of our IELTS expired on 25th Nov, you completeness check done on 23rd and mine on 28th, do you think, it is fair to reject my application and accept your one.

IELTS date is locked with the receiving date. Applicant must send package so that it received before expiry of IELTS.

After submitted my file last month, i received an original English reference letter from my company that explain my duties, it is different and more accurate than the submitted translated one i had attached at the time of sending my file. what do you recommend me to do?. I want send the new document but i am afraid that the office think that i am cheating. please any help about that issue.

Seeking yours urgent advice,
I am a 12th May applicant NOC 1114 , received PER on 25th AUG and AOR on 25 Sep . Today I have got a mail from VO where they concerned about my previous job.

‘' Employment documents from X Bank and Y Bank which you have provided in support of your application are fraudulent. Although these two letters are ostensibly issued by different organizations there are too many similarities to be coincidental. ‘'

1) X Bank (a marketing job for Bank conducted by third party) experience letter issued by my ex boss in banks letter head pad (mentioned the third company name).(The third company is closed now)
2) Y Bank , it was permanent job, exp letter issued by Branch Manager.

One responsibility is common in both banks exp letter. For these two jobs I have only proved the exp letter.

Please advice which doc's and explanation shall I provide to satisfy the VO.

I am going to send my application tomorrow hopefully as everything is complete. Just a couple of questions before I send it:

1. I have attached additional sheets where space given on forms wasn't enough. Do I have to sign those sheets? As per CIC instructions, applicant just has to put his/her name, form title and question no. addressed.

2. There are a couple of things in my supporting documents which I wanted to elaborate on, therefore, I shall attach some explanatory notes. Do I write them as a letter to CIC, address someone particularly and sign it OR just give write the statement.

1. Signature on additional sheets is not mendatory but no harm if you sign them. (I signed).

2. Do not attach many notes, it is advisable to clarify all points in cover letter. Which may be addressed to cetrelized intake office.

Your name, Passport number, uci, dob to be affixed on top corner of the additional sheets

105 days are gone since my file received at CIC. Yesterdayi sent mail to bank but still reply awaited from them. I am worried bec 14 Aug applicant got their cc charge.

Hello brother! you are 5th August applicants. It is rare that applicants get DD encashment date before PER. Currently PER is being issued till 23rd July. So, brother, wait at least 3 more weeks. You are very much in the game and there is nothing to be panic at this stage.

DC (Debit card) Charged
Ref: 15th Aug 0911, Debit card (DC) charged today 18th Nov unable to find time, no sms in mobile, checked in net banking and surprised to see the debit.

Yesterday night, even while sleeping my subconsious mind made me to check my mobile for message but found nothing, very much disappointed when travelling in office bus, morning meeting and given post also in forum.
Just thought to check net banking and found debit of INR '30,978.89' towards 'MPS/CITIZENSHIP'. It should be CIC only.

Some details about my doc:
1) For spouse BC, kept Xth marksheet as required, degree TC and PAN card. No affidavit.
2) Kept two fee form 1) DC - Salary account (Given 1st preference - Charged), 2) CC - Corporate card (2nd preference)
3) In 3 reference letter 50 to 80 % noc duties are copy cat. 4th reference letter - 100% copy cat, additionally included some points
4) Last year applied for 2132 and returned due to cap filled. this time 0911 charged.

Can someone tell how much is the fees for MR that is paid to be paid to hospital? An agent has told a big amount, so asking.

In India it is INR.8400(or INR.5400) only for adults.

You can apply it from either places. Both are accepted @ cic. No need to get confused. Get it from the place which is more convenient and fast.

I was also a DD applicant. I got PER on 115 day. And from the mail i became to know that they charged the DD 6 days earlier. So relax. Normally it takes 120 days to receive PER.
