Has anyone submitted his MPhil (18-Years of schooling) to WES, either from India or Pakistan?
And what was the result of evaluation?
Means WES considered MPhil equilvalent to which Canadian Degree?

My Personal opinion is that RPRF fees is better to pay by CC online.
