PCC from US what u hold will be fair enough, Indian PCC if required/or seems old to NDVO, they will ask for the same.

[size=10pt]When medical/PCC request comes from NDVO, how old can the PCC be?
I had submitted Indian PCC with initial application not the US one because I received it later only in September 2014.

So when new PCC request comes, can I submit September 2014 PCC from US? Or should I get fresh ones every 3 months?

(11th July applicant - PERS received on 6th Nov.)

Sorry, I don't see forum profile information section. Under, Modify Profile, I only see Account Related Settings. Clicking that doesn't show options to add the timeline info to my profile. Can you care to clarify on this?

NDVO should think on this matter for people who are already done medicals since Aug or sept are loosing time for landing as 3 months already lapsed for them out of 1 year period.

The 2013 applicants who got PPR done their medicals on 2nd sept,2014.
so i guess Aug/sept medicals will soon get PPR.

Mine courier take 7 days to reach nova scotia by DHL

they usually deliver it on the 5th working day. So, considering sat & sun, if falling in between, then yes, 7 days in total.

Still got few questions.
1. When I submit my application, I had only provided balance certificate as a proof of fund. Other forum members told that they will ask for balance certificate again during Mr request. But I wasnt ask to provide it. Although, shall I provide the new balance certificate or not ?
2. I have already provided original copy of PCC for Norway (as I lived there for more than six month). But, they are asking to provide it again. What shall I do ?

Please help me and would like to give a big THANX to everyone who supported us to reach to this stage of application. ;D

Hi,

Can someone please guide me on this?

A friend (She, husband and kid) of mine applied for NOC (2173). Their application reached CIC on 23rd June 2014.Their mode of payment was also
DD from Thomas cook and did it through an agent but still they have not received their PER.
Today she gave a call to her agent seeing that 2173 has capped. He said 4 application he sent is returned and he has not got an update about hers.
He also said that he will update the status of her application in 2 days (Which I don't know how he plans to do as CIC responds in 2 months and not in 2 days if I am not wrong).
He seemed to be fraud and I really doubt if he had applied on the first place. How can she get an update from CIC to see if they had actually received her file.
Also is there any way for her to reapply for any other NOC?

She can ask CIC about your file from another email ID other than the registered one. Give your details like Name, passport details application delivery date and ask about the present status of her file..
when you will get a reply from CIO then you will come to know the exact situation.. !!
