Dear All...Please Suggest me plz plz...
Till Now I did not receive Medical request mail . Should i have to mail visa office or not? if yes, how can i mail and what is the format of enquiry email? please guide me

Application Received: 7th May
PER: 5th August
NOC: 2281
Visa Office: NDVO
Visa office start processing date: 8th Sept..

Guide me, what should i do....

Completeness Check

1. They received couriers and do a initial documentation check for completeness and compliance of the application.
2. Check if the applications forms are all completely filled, payments are ok, all required documentation are enclosed.
3. Check if we have valid 1 year experience in the claimed NOC(a part of the 29 occupations list)
4. Check the CAP has been reached for that NOC yet.
5. They accept the payments as submitted with application and that's the last stage of the completeness check.
6. If the application passes the completeness check, it's put in the queue for the Eligibility Review. If not they send the application
back stating the reason for return.

Eligibility Review

1. During the Eligibility Review, they check and award points for the following 6 selection factors

Education
Work Experience
Age
Language Proficiency
Adaptability
Arranged Employment

2. In addition to these 6 factors, they check for the proof of funds as per the guidelines. They also do the background check for the above at this point before awarding points( they confirm the job duties comply with requirements for that particular NOC and that experience documents are satisfactory.

Positive Final Determination of Eligibility for Processing

1.If the applicant gets 67 points or more, then his/her application will be transferred to the visa office identified by the applicant on the IMM 0008 form for a Final Selection Decision. CIO will send out an email confirming this which will indicate a Positive Final Determination of Eligibility for Processing. If the applicant fails Eligibility Review, again CIO sends and email out to confirm the reasons for the same, and that they are initiating a refund of the processing fee.

2. Once an applicant receives a Positive Final Determination of Eligibility for Processing from the CIO, applicant will be able to check the ECAS Status of their application. We can use the application number/UCI Number/Payment receipt number, all of which we can get form the email that CIO sends out, to check the ECAS status.

Hi All,

My query is regarding Medicals....

I went to the listed hospital yesterday and got my tests done. They just gave me a print out of the scanned form and told me that they will upload the medical reports on CIC database. How will i know if they are in good shape???

if you have not been told to redo the tests, you should be fine.

It is very Easy, Below are steps:

Just go to right top of Screen and you will find " PROFILE " tab, click over it.

Then - On the left middle of screen you will get 3 options : Under " Modify Profile " - please choose second option " Forum Profile Information " and click over it.

Then please enter your details , whatever applicable , like :

Location:
Category........:
Visa Office......:
NOC Code......:
App. Filed.......:
Doc's Request.:
Nomination.....:

And it will show under your name .... Please help each other to make it easy to check current timeline of individual.

I am a June 2nd applicant and I have not received MR request from NDVO although many of the applicants who submitted after 06/02 have received MR request.
So, shall I write NDVO to ask for status of my application or wait for few more days ?

I got my PER, thank God.

July 14th applicant, used DD.

It was in my important message folder and had being there since the 6th of November.

So please check all folders for those still waiting.

Man.... what a relief that should have been..... Thank God you saw it finally...

I am not a regular user .. But I think the seniors members in the forum know everything that we new bees don't .. My husband filled the application this yr..
I have question about the MR/RPRF mail..
Husband , me and my 2 yr old daughter .. Husband is the principal applicant ...

1.how much RPRF fee do I need to pay?
Do I need to pay the RPRF fee for my 2 yr old?
2.how long or what would be the last date before my rprf fee and medicals should reach NDVO?
3. We are in Europe.. So how do I pay the RPRF fee? Cash or DD .. And where do I send it ?
