Hi folks,

My app for NOC 2173 reached CIC on 14th Oct. I'm very much worried that I can fallwith in CAP limit. At the same time, I have 2+ years expereince in database handling in both SQL Server & Oracle.
My Question is:

1. Is it possible to apply for 2172 even if we applied for another NOC?
2. what is the possibility, if I apply for 2172 within 5days?
3. What is the possibility to fall within CAP for 2173 - October 14th receive?

Unfortunately no PPR has been issued till date by NDVO. So it is difficult to define any timeline at this point of time.

Not sure what CPC-Ottawa are doing with applications received on the first week from Egypt.... I'm 8th of May applicant.
Today I have completed three months since my PER (on 13th of Aug)... no MR yet.. nothing.... :'( :'(

My package is received on 20th of october. I have a question: I will marry my fiance in a couple of months. at the time i sent my package i was single, so I applied alone but I will be married in 2015. My question is how and when should I inform CIC that I am married when we get engaged? and What may be the consequences? I would be grateful if you could help me because this question is irritating me from the beginning.

That's a good news. You have to inform VO as soon as you get married.

Why don't you do it this year! ;D ;D

Just note that if you get married after visa has been issued, it will be extremely difficult to include her. Possibly you have to sponsor her - and it takes time.

So whatever you do, I would suggest, try to do it before MR been issued.

The public sector banks in hyderabad are closed due to some strike, other private sector bank are not ready to give DD as I don't have account with them..This is the reason I am thinking of using CC of cousin

There is no authorization form for using CC of someone else. Just a word of caution though, people who used someone else's CC faced issues like, person did not inform CC company of future charge, person whos CC was used, got it cancelled. etc etc

my recommendation bro, do not use CC, always use DD, you will be 100% safe on that.

Cairo does not handle FSW applications, these are processed by CPC-Ottawa.

It seems that everyone is busy congratulating each other for their respective achievement of goals but none of them are paying heed to some specific queries such as mine which may be important to others... Or may be there is some kind of group-ism concept which only caters to so called senior or most number of forum posts individuals.. anyways a last call on duty on the below mentioned query.. if anyone could shed some light then well and good else no issues....


RPRF fees should be INR or CAD... Just wondering which would be more appropriate..... Anyone got clue on this and secondly how much time it should take for CIC for PPR after receiving the medicals along with the other documents.. thanks....

Anyways coming to your question, RPRF can be in either INR or in CAD. It can be paid online as well as by DD. NDVO hasn't yet issued PPR so no one knows how long it will take.

I got interview call from ndvo yesterday :-[ Interview is scheduled at Delhi CHC on 4th Dec 2014. Admin pls update SS.

They are asking to bring all docs in original for all 6 selection criteria.

Any advice would be highly apreciated.

On the Egyptian forum, there are couple of cases similar to yours, PER in August and nothing since then, so it is not a unique case so you would worry
I know it is frustrating but just try to get it out of your mind and do your business until you are surprised with the life saving MR email Insha'ALLAH
Yesterday a fellow got his MR request from Singapore VO after more than four month of PER.
And remember, few years ago it would take several years to get the visa, we are now Alhamdulilah talking about less than one year end to end.

Age, education, work exp, relative proof,lang proof etc. These were already submittd now they want to see originals. Thats no issue, i have them all. But anyone got tips and advice to prepare for interview?
