I am not clear about question # 4 " Immigration office requested for processing this application".. Can any one clear , what should I write.

When we are sending the MR , PPC document to the visa office, do we need to mention UCI and application number both.

Do you remember what you had filled in Surname/Family Name in your original form while sending to CIC.
IF you filled it as "NOT APPLICABLE" or "N/A" then you must enter your complete name.

Earlier I was also not able to view my details..

Today I tried to see what was happening and showed me WORDS THAT I posted the above.
What could be the problem?

Hi All,

You were asked to send the medical request letter along with the MR, PCC and RPRF package. If you attached that, there is no need to mention anything. Hope this helps

Hello Everyone,

I am finally all done with paper work and ready to apply for NOC1123. Cap is not going to be an issue I believe as plenty of space left yet. I want to know that I don't have birth certificate neither there's possibility of going back to my village/district and get it done. It's too far and my job won't allow me to take holidays at this point of time. What are the alternates now? I read somewhere that i can send my 10th/12th mark sheet along with an affidavit. Now few questions:

- What affidavit will require exactly for not been able to get the birth certificate
- My 10th/12th mark sheet have different surname from the one i am using from last 15 years. My passport has the current surname. So what should I fill in the application, that i used to be known by different surname in my childhood and from last 15 years my last name is different?

Hi ... I too don't have Birth Certificate. So I used 1oth Certificate which has both parents' names and also submitted a self affidavit. My CC charged last week.

While filling the application , you should keep the name in travel document. So you can keep the one in passport. I suggest you to give 10th certificate and take affidavit from your parents and also mention why there is difference in your surnames in the affidavit.

I just tried and got the In Progress page.. might be technical.. please recall what you entered last time

If you still face same issue , I would suggest you to call CIC or email them... calling to Canada is Free by Andriod App "magicjack".

Guys i have a question, according to forum post currently august applications are being checked if someone whos application reached in july mid and his appliation is being rejected then he must have got his returned application by now? Right?
