My application has been returned as it was found to not have the education assesment. yes it was a blunder from my side.

I need to understand two things if someone can help me

1: If i send my app on Nov 13. Will i still meet the CAP for NOC: 0121

2: Can i change the details that i have provided for my career and other work experience (or do they save some data, because below was the email i received)

Do you think they will put a gap of one month and 9 days between charging applications of 25th Aug and 27th Aug for Noc 2173 ???

if your application was incomplete, and you weren't charged, then they might have kept only your basics. you can freely go ahead and make any corrections you need, since they certainly didn't copy your file.
i don't know about CAP since i'm not online enough to keep track!

There is no Karachi VO. VO for all applications sent from Pakistan is London VO. Btw I'm 8th May Pakistani applicant and still waiting for PCC or MR requests. 2nd line was added on Oct 27

Ohk I didn't knew that. That's why I wondered why are there so many Pakistani applicants at LVO in SS. I guess, your MR is pretty close. Mine will take at least another month, if not more. I received PER on 21/Oct.

they are not sending it back through courier, but the snail mail. if it is possible, gather all the documents all over again, and send it asap, especially if you are worried about the CAP

when did you send an email and received the reply?
i believe you are yet to receive your file returned?

For some persons who's file was incomplete they got charged and others were not. I thought if the package was incomplete everything including payment was returned. Am I wrong?

This department has no standards so I would recomend to plan nothing, because they will definitely mess up any expectations.

There is no harm in spending another couple of dollars to attest them, ideally if anything is on company letterhead, it need not be but like said there is no harm

i've never heard that someone got charged but later found incomplete, if that's what you were saying.
when my app was incomplete, i got everything back, packed as i sent it. but i wasn't charged in the first place (i use CC method)
