I did my Bachelor of Engineering in India. I got my WES report it says Canadian equivalency "Bachelor's Degree (Four years)". So How much point will I get in FSW program ?.

YOu are correct. Family members include you, your spouse and your children. The only form where you need to include your parents and siblings is the additional family information form IMM 5406. Everything else, you can ignore since you are single.

Me!? 38 yo. But this is the first time I saw it in that range. The daily record of it is usually closer 120-140/85-95. I am not sure what was happening that day when I went for medical check.

Maybe Extra Stress taken due to Medicals.

Good news for NDVO applicants, just had a chat with Chris and raised the issue/frustration of NDVO applicants as none has received PPR....... he has taken-up the matter with the VO and instructed them to start issuing PPR in 2-3 weeks.

The above timeline is based on the fact that NDVO needs to finalize as much apps as possible before 31st Dec 2014 to meet their annual targets. Candidates are given 30 days to submit the passport, so NDVO has to start issuing PPR by 3rd week of Nov. My personal guess is that they were holding on to PPR to focus on completing processing of as much applicants and issue MR & PCC (time consuming requirements) and then quickly finish stamping visa as passports start pouring in Dec.

My Application recieved in 11th July 2014
NOC: 1123
I've received now an Acknowledgment of Receipt (AOR) from the CIO with my UCI and file number,

Is the AOR is the same as PER ?? and if not .. what is the difference ?

and what is next ?

Hello Guys,
My name is Bijan. I have a question and I was wondering if anyone could answer that.

On Oct 20th I have received emails from visa office asking me for some documents (resume, renewed passport photo) and RPRF. They also asked me to send my medical examination with a separate email the same day. I have sent them all the documents. After a few days my status page is updated with a second line mentioning the receipt of medical exams. But I think my status page have to have 3 lines by now. I have paid the RPRF and sent them the receipt but there is no mention of the payment in the status page and that worries me a bit.

Any thoughts?

This is my first post. I am unmarried/single and I have a slight confusion regarding forms. It is instructed in the guide as well as in forms that they should be filled by you and your family members. If I am not wrong, family members only mean wife and children, right?

Also there is a list of questions asked under Question 6 in Schedule A Background Declaration for the applicant and his family members. Do they pertain to only me or parents and additional family members should be considered for these questions?

Yes, Family members or dependents wherever mentioned will include your spouse and children.

Only in the additional family info and schedule A, will you need to mention parents and siblings info.

PER email will take minimum 6 - maximum 21 days to come.
Hopefully tomorrow we both will get good news of PER email.

1-2 weeks, mine took 12 days for the PER after cc charged. Goodluck

So 31st December 2014 is the last day to apply /receive applications for FSW 2014.
