I have applied for 2173 - on 13th AUG.
What are the chances that iam in cap?
Does cap count include applications after fee charged only or after completeness check.
Plz clarify my doubts.

Guys need help very tensed,
Does PCC request come alone without MR & RPRF.
I got it only PCC request from London vo as per my consultant.. I have sent fresh PCC's for me and my spouse and the information update chart and new passport copies for all as requested in the email.... my only worry is what if medical has also come to the consultant and it went to his spam folder as there is a time limit on meds... too worried please suggest experts

Hello Experts,

I am ready with my file to be send by 12/13th Nov'14 for NOC 2173, but looking into latest figures for NOC 2173 i.e 699 and some of the above posts stating it would be impossible to get through cap for 2173 now even if I apply within 2days.

I want your opinion whether it would be still worth to apply and snd file in next two days for NOC 2173
Or
It is best to not send file now and wait for EE to be anounced and send file then....

I guess if i send file now and caps fills in months time then only it would take some time for CIC to return our rejected file...may be 2-3 months so by that time EE will start and I am afraid we would again late to apply via EE.

Please guide me but i sense i should stil go ahead and take chances as EE is not similar to FSW and it is difficult to get through EE.

You'll never be late with ee. This will be their new system moving forward. No deadline, no cap for this system.

This is visa office specific, sometimes they send everything separately. You better ask those who went through London.

One of my freind wants to apply in noc 2171, all documents are ready and he can his application by thursday.

considering that the cap is 553 , is there any chance he will get into the cap if sends his app by 13th Nov?

They can try but no assurance that they'll be in cap. High risk but high gain. Good luck.

It is unlikely that PCC went to inbox while MR made its way to the junk folder as they are sent from the same email address. MR, PCC and RPRF can arrive one buy one or in bulk, depending on your file progress. You can contact LVO via CSE to learn more, although I strongly recomend keeping the communication with VO at minimum as it slowes down the file. My understanding is that you are perfectly fine.

As in when do they request after issuing? Like in how many days? And wen they request in how many days i have to submit?

After you got per, wait for another 45-60 days anf they might ask you for that. You'll be required to submit it in 30-60 days based on the cases described here by our forummates.

Please suggest me on this. I have 2 yrs 10 months experience in one NOC code and from past 6 months working in a different NOC code. The designations are same for both BUT roles and responsibilities were different. Should i state both the NOCs in the application?
