In the WORK EXPERIENCE field(checklist serial no.12)??? No i think you didn't. So make everything perfect & check, check and check what CIC has asked for??? Hope you can make it??

@ hmrizwan, bro it clearly says that:

Letters must include all of the following informations:
the positions you have held during the period of employment and the time you spent in each position, your main responsibilities and duties in each position, your total numbers of hours worked and salary in each position..... that means you have to write roles and responsibilities separately with EACH position one after other on company's letter head, like we normally do in our resume...that may be the main reason, they wants to know what you did under EACH POSITION, SEPARATELY.... as per Checklist ....

I need help from a guy who got his package returned and resubmitted again. I got my package back due to lack of BC, I sent them my 10th certificate copy as an additional doc within due time but they did not attach it with my returned application, now preparing to send it again. Now I am concerned about my transcript, CIC has opened my transcripts envelops and they are in loose form now. Do I need to get additional transcript which will take around a month or should I send the same transcript along with a letter of explanation mentioning the detail of returned package. Need urgent Helppppp............

Hey Pal..... you can send you application right away as firstly sending a transcript is not mandatory for CIC. Its an optional document. What mandatory is to send degree and marksheets of your highest education credential & secondly CIC has not mentioned anywhere that transcripts sent should be in sealed envelope. Its WES and other education credential organisations who request for transcripts to be sent in sealed envelopes.

Transcript need not be sealed for cic.it is only in wes that required sealed transcript.

Are you sure, I mean If I send the same transcript there wouldn't be any issue?

Processing time is a Local VO depended thing.....Although u may assume 9-11 months avg timeline for the Visa stamping....

Here is the process:

PER
↓
1st line on Ecas (We received your application for Permanent Residence on ....)
↓
File transfer to Visa office
↓
AOR (Some Visa offices don't send AOR)
↓
INTERVIEW (mostly waived)
↓
2nd line on Ecas (We started processing your application on ......)
↓
MR + RPRF + Additional documents request
↓
3rd Line on Ecas (Medical Results have been received)
↓
PPR (NDVO sends MR, RPRF, additional docs and PPR together)
↓
4th line on Ecas (A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision)
↓
VISA

PER: POSITIVE ELIGIBILITY REVIEW
AOR: ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT
MR: MEDICAL REQUEST
RPRF: RIGHT OF PERMANENT RESIDENCE FEES
PPR: PASSPORT REQUEST


So if ur spouse is pregnant before getting PER then u may have to wait ur child's birth....

Finally got my GCMS Yesterday.

Surprising facts:
> They created my file almost a month before my PER.
> They share all your info with the USA.
> I had an Auto-Email assigned for issuing PER almost a week before I got my Actual PER. But then it was cancelled.
> NDVO received my package within 2 weeks of PER.
> They started to work on my file early Oct and forwarded my file to ECU.
> Just my criminality is In Progress (Cause i submitted PCC) Rest all is "Not Started".
> CIO, NS has added a big paragraph about the points and eligibility and verification.

This is all I could decipher which might help waiting applicants. For sample GCMS notes goto http://www.gcmsnotes.com/Sample_GCMS_File.pdf.

Rest is almost the same as in the above sample.

Hopefully someone can help me understand more.

You said that Big Paragraph has been added about your points and eligibility and verification, please can you tell us what is that regarding, what is there they have mentioned...it would be helpful....

Theoretically its PER....I am sure buddy...

But some applicants got updated earlier which violates the theory...

Any template for the clarification we wish to make reqarding the sudden fund transfer/not claiming point for certain work experience/not submitting police clearance.

Any guideline on how to put it would be helpful. I have made one but want to make sure.
