Re: ILETS Result Expiry During Case Processing

CanOl said:
depends on the person who checks your file. There was a member (not remembering the name) whose application was rejected for this very reason of IELTS expiry after application was submitted to CIC.
He fought for his case and got his application approved. CIC reversed their decision.

Hi Canol,

You have mentioned above that a person had fought against CIC. I just want to know, how, I mean is there any way to proceed again CIC decision.?

Thanks in advance

My credit card has been disabled by bank for security reasons and a new card has just been issued.

FSW application submitted on 2 Oct 2014.

What should I do to avoid application from being returned?

Hi - I am pretty new to this forum.. I am reading through all your posts. This is GREAT..

I need your expert thoughts..

I have 9+ years of experience in IT and I came to CANADA on a closed WP on June 2014 and I am not aware of this FSW program at that point..(Sitll in CANADA)

Now I have all the documents ready for FSW and I will taking my IELTS on Nov 22..

I was planning to apply under 2173 but it looks like by reading the post, it will be HIGHLY Impossible to fall under this CAP this year: Any comments?

So i am planning to apply under 2172 - Database analysts and data administrators or 2171 Information systems analysts and consultants.

Could you please provide your expert advice on which one should I select given that the earliest i can apply is aroun Dec 2nd week right after getting my IELTS score..

I profile fits to both 2171 or 2172...I will try to push my employer to get an experience letter.

Since I am running out of time..Appreciate immediate suggestions...

Thanks

Don't bother with 2173 at all.

By ordering GCMS notes only.

Where can one order GMCS notes?

I wish Canadian high commission was using OMCS like UK foreign office instead of GMCS, things would have been much easier for me ;)

Anybody knows what does ECU-FRR signify on GCMS?

ECU; Economic Control Unit, name of the department which issues letters as
as suggested by reviewing officer/department.
FRR : Name/initial of the officer designated for the required purpose.

Send a new payment auth form with either new CC details or ideally with new DD, that's your only hope! But you need to act FAST

Only a Canadian resident can do it on your behalf if you appoint him as representative. There are a lot of third parties eager to do it for you, try googling. GCMS costs 5$ and they charge 20-60$. Canadian business that is ;D

Thanks fellow translator;) so the fact that I'm a translator and my IELTS is 8 , won't guarantee it?

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/requests-atip.asp

Please read the instructions carefully as some else who is Canadian Citizen, PR or a person residing in Canada will be able to order notes on behalf of you under Access to information act.
