Yes...you have to provide PCC for every city where you have lived for more than 6 months.

I went to Mumbai from Mohali to get my PCC. You have to fill up on-line form and take appointment of Mumbai police. You have to submit your documents near CST, CID branch which issues PCC. You also need to contact your local police station for that.

I would like to differ with your above statement that PCC is required for every cities in India where you have lived for more than six months...

As per PCC requirements for FSW your need to get one PCC for one country for so for India you need to get only one PCC...you can apply for PCC from your current city wherever your are living right know throuch application in PSK...

There are lot of cases if your go thru the forum that people who have cleared there 3rd update have got one PCC from India....

Only you need different PCC from different countries where your have stayed for more than six months....

How to get USA PCC from India

Fingerprint agents seemed exorbitant,they all quoted 3-4k each for doing fingerprints for me and my wife.So, I decided to explore other options.


Step 1
Download and Print the FD 258 form
(try to get 3-4 copies)
(As per the, Character requirements document for the United states,
Provide:
a covering letter if required,
a set of both rolled/inked and plain fingerprint impressions placed on a
standard paper fingerprint card,
satisfactory proof of identity,
consisting of full name,
date and place of birth,
postal address for return of results.


Step 2
Go to the local police station and get my fingerprints done

Step 3:

Submit payment.

Option 1: Pay by credit card using the Credit Card Payment Form. Don't forget to include the expiration date of the credit card that you are using.
Option 2: Obtain a money order or certified check for $18 U.S. dollars made payable to the Treasury of the United States. Please be sure to sign where required.

Step 4:

Review the Identity History Summary Request Checklist to ensure that you have included everything needed to process your request.


Step 5:
Courier the FD 258 form to the following address,
FBI CJIS Division – Record Request,
1000 Custer Hollow Road Clarksburg,
WV 26306

HI all, I am a MAY 22nd applicant, received PER on Sept 10th... Not yet received MR...Anybody in the forum of this period received MR???Are they sending MR through Email???

I am 21st May applicant and still waiting for MR....so dont worry it will come soon...
NDVO sends MR to your registered Mail ID which your have mentioned in application form....

PCC issued from PSK doesnt have your address. it only has your Passport Number.

Need advice...itz urgent.

I had applied in FSW-2014 in NOC 2133, My file reached at CIC office on 30th of Oct., but now i came to know that i have missed one form IMM5562( Supplementary travel form). Now what are the chances of rejection and if Yes then what should i do now? What are different options available to me ?
Because my file has reached CIC office a week back so it will be analysed in Jan or Feb.

should i send this form IMM5562 with cover letter to CIC ? will they consider it ?

Kindly suggest.

Finally after long waiting got the golden mail of MR and RPRF.


Have a question, I didn't provide PCC in the original application and NDVO hasn't asked for one in the MR and RPRF mail. Anything like this has happened to anyone?

Waiting time between PER and MR request is 45-60 days, also you can inform the NDVO about your renewed passport at the time of MR request, so do not worry...
There are very rare chances of rejection after PER, only if they find some problem with your Background Checks or any non acceptable thing in your Medical report or PCC they can reject it....
So chill...you will get thru your PR swiftly...Best of Luck....

we heard many member got rejection due to missing supplementary form...
but still u can send additional docswith covering letter , send it assp,
