Hello Friends,

My NOC is 0121 and I was in a job (job matches NOC 0121) till the year 2012, after which I started working as a free lancer in Real Estate sales (again with duties same as NOC 0121). However, year 2013 and 2014 were not the best years to invest in real estate in India and as a result i could not conclude any deal.
Recently, I have been able to crack some deals in association with some big brokers from whom I have also received payments for my services offered (again services offered are the same as NOC 0121). If these big brokers are willing to write a letter to CIC along with payment proof for my services offered to them, then do you guys think it will a good proof of what I have been doing after leaving my job? Any suggestions would be great.

Congrats on your intial news, same response i got, but the lady provided me the UCI number. lets keep hoping for the best

I got the reply from CIC yesterday. I mailed them on 17-Sept.

Some background, I have applied through the consultant so they create one new e-mail id on behalf of me and write the same in application form but didn't share the password with me. I wrote an email to CIC from my personal email id and I got the reply from CIC, so it is prove that CIC will reply all the mails even though you have not mention in the form.

Now I got this reply,

Application has been received.
Notification will be sent in due course.

Now what I can understand that, my application has successfully passed through the completeness check process. Please correct me if I am wrong. But CIC didn't provide me the UCI No. What does it means??

Maybe this topic has been discussed in full length. If so, can someone post the conclusions on the same.

What might be the reason for NDVO not issuing a single PPR so far although a lot of forum members have completed their medicals a long time back???

No body knows, but i think due to high no of applications from India and for NDVO their focus is right now to get thru the files and get their MR, RPRF, PCC thru once they are done with rush of applications they will flood with PPR requests...

Also their is no standard in request of MR as i myself 21st May applicant is waiting for MR mail and some applicants of 2nd june have got the MR request...

So this brings me to conclusion that they will finish they May applicants MR requests soon including people like us and once they are done with May 100% they will go Bang Bang with PPR requests....

Also have analysed the time between Visa stamping and PPR requests is quite long, if you go thru the 2013 spreasheet analysis they take around 1 month to stamp VISA after receiving PPR in some cases 2 months, so key here is patience....

Also Number of staff they have against no of applications may consume time in processing at stages... compared to other VO...

This is my analysis, anyone would like to add something would be welcome...

Hi Guys, My application for NOC 2174 reached CIO on 3rd July.. no news yet.. Sent email to CIO.. but no reply yet.. Really worried and frustrated now..
Can someone tell what whose was the last application to be accepted and what was his/her application's date of receipt?

Total CIC Apps: 5223(Unchanged)

What's wrong with CIC website and why are they not updating?

Yes there is an entry on SS with profile name ganesha NOC 2132 on july 17

so does this mean it's over for me? They moved on from july 14 without charging me with the same noc.
I need to know the rejection reason before i submit a new application. What do you think guys? Any recommendations?

We are same mates, I was in exact situation as you are in. But I only claimed the points for my job and not for my current profile i.e. Real Estate Broker.

But it is mentioned in cic website/checklist that third party/ clients can provide you a letter stating your services provided. I strongly believe your broker letters along with payment receipt will be accepted. It would be better to get some from your clients also.

We are same mates, I was in exact situation as you are in. But I only claimed the points for my job and not for my current profile i.e. Real Estate Broker.

But it is mentioned in cic website/checklist that third party/ clients can provide you a letter stating your services provided. I strongly believe your broker letters along with payment receipt will be accepted.

i see people 8th may Apps , people who got PER in Aug still waiting for MR's , is there no way you can check with NDVO y such a huge delay , i feel for the guys , i am 11 June applicant and i would hate if that happens to me ... but i think you can make a CSE query on your application to NDVO.
