Normal time frame is 45 to 60 days, but no one is sure. There have been applicants who have received within 45 days whereas there are guys like me who received a second line update just few days back after 60 days but no MR.

So you can keep in mind the time frame of max 60 - 70 days. I mean max limit as you requested. ;D

And in how much time file is transferred from nova Scotia to NDVO??

Are you residing in Pakistan?

Was your employment verified?

Yes,i am from Pakistan ,regarding Employement verification,didnt get anything from CIC.

NO one know when the file is transferred as no one this year has got the AOR from NDVO. But by speculations normally the file is transferred within 20-30 days of PER and after that put in queue for visa officer to take up the case.

And in how much time file is transferred from nova Scotia to NDVO??

Just checked the status on ECAS....... 2nd line updated.....

1. We received your application for permanent residence on May 14, 2014.

2. We started processing your application on October 30, 2014.

Let me know your inputs on when can i expect MR/PCC request.....

In SS In one tab "App status by VO" is showing 1 Visa issued by NDVO?
But I couldn't find any yellow entry of NDVO...

Out of 3315 entries around 1546 have been charged, received PER or higher at a rate of 257 per month. There are 605 entries remaining to be charged till 16/07/2014 as per last charged date out of which 455 are for May-June applications. Any explanations for such delay in the case of 605 applicants specifically 455 From May-June?
The pending charges from July-October are 1307. So how long will it take to charge last October entry I guess by March end at rate of 257 per month?

This is strange, CIC not updating website and testing our patience and still no clues which file is being read. Why is this behavior, when they have quota of 1000 each for different NOC's.
My NOC--2171
Application reached--21st August

Still how many days god knows, and is it true that Delhi LVO processing is tooo slow ???
