Yes, as long as you have one year paid full time or equivalent part time work experience in any of the listed NOC's you are good to apply. Select the NOC where your job roles significantly matches the requirement of NOC.

Also please advise, if the company i worked with is not giving Roles and Responsibility letter so will the self declaration on stamp paper works along with the Reliving letter, salary slips and promotion letters provided by the company ?

I got my medical request today. I am going to apply for my FBI clearance tomorrow but seems like, it will be take more than 60 days, which is the deadline CIC has given to me.

what are my options ... can I ask for extension for FBI clearance??

If in case you are not able to get it done on company letter head , better to get it done by your immediate manager/supervisor on a plain paper and get it attested. Submit all other documents that will support to show your job details. Also add any correspondance done with HR guys where they said no to your request.

Once Completeness Check is done. they will enter your file in the system which generates UCI or File Number. Then it proceeds to Charge \ PER

same here, but since we havent recieved any nomination yet, we can apply for FSW.
in case we get nomination after we apply for FSW, wait till 6 months after u get nomination. In this duration if you get PER then write a letter to province that you don't intend to settle in the province. if you don't recieve PER in 6 months, apply with nomination.

I understood from one of the comment that unless they havent charged there wont be any update in ECAS status. is it true?
I will wait patiently... and if no updates next week then again try to reach them on call center.
i have sent them an email on 16 oct so i believe some time in nov end i may receive reply from them.

Its very URGENT ........my file got delivered on 18th of JUNE '2014 at 13.58 and received by Mr. Mike is there any contact number where i can call and get the UCI number to track the reason of rejection so to apply again already sent the email but it will respond very late ...need help please suggest solution .
