120 days or 85 working days for PER as an average from the date the application received.

May be 10-14 days

What will be the average return time if the address for rejected file is in Canada?

All documents must be either in English or French so you need to translate it.
Contact you visa office and request an extension and make sure that you mentions all your application details and evidence that PCC would takes 4 weeks

Dear Seniors / Experts,

I have received my Medical and PCC requests (NVDO). However, I have couple of queries

1) I am in germany right now and authorities here informed that my PCC from Germany would be in german. Is it necessary to translate it into English?

2) The PCC required 4 weeks. Can i get a time extension from the Immigration Authorities?

Thanks in advance

Hi,

My application was rejected and returned on the grounds that there was insufficient evidence that I performed the actions described in lead statement for the occupation described in NOC 2171. My job history on the application was as below:-

Job#1 : NOC 2173 (3 years)
Job#2 : NOC 2171 (6 months)
Job#3 : NOC 2173 (6 months)
Job#4 : NOC 2171 (4 years, current job)

I got a detailed letter from my current employer for responsibilities/duties matching the NOC 2171 but I still don't have descriptive Service Letter for Job#2 as the HR Dept of that organization is not helping. I have 2 questions as below:-

1. On the returned Generic application form, the CIO have written the UCI number in pencil. While applying again, should I mention this UCI number in the new application. Will it be beneficial?

2. My Job#2 (NOC 2171) also had responsibilities similar to NOC 2173. So should I modify my work experience history in the new form and mention Job#2 as 2173 instead of 2171. Because as per the rejection letter, CIO will not refer/scrutinize work experience other than primary NOC applied for.

Please advise as I don't want to be disqualified due to misrepresentation.

You can read more about UCI here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=013&t=4

Basically, using this number they can retrieve/reference your current and all future applications i.e. you will have different application numbers each time you submit an application, but your UCI would always remain the same.

I think the best use of UCI is to pull up your ECAS: https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/ECAS.jsp
This is how you can check the status of your case. After accepting the legal BS, select UCI as your Identification Type.

Kindly apply in one noc(in single applicatoon dont mention two nocs)
Try to get reference letters from all employers for obe kind of NOC
And mebtion same title of job where ever required in forms
Dont mention that worked as a XYZ. Worked as w XDZ
All the best

Usually when they charge it. It is PER. Never heard or read about anyone who got NER after getting charged
